I purchased a set of Christmas outside lights just before Christmas 25/12/2025 and paid a handy man to put them up for us a few days later we noticed that a few of the lights were not working the company was contacted through B&Q and replied to us immediately asking us to send them back to them and they would replace them and were very friendly and apologetic.i tried to get someone to take them down for us as we are both elderly and unable to go up ladders I got Bach to the company and explained same they got back to us stating not to worry get them down when we can and contact them I was only able to get my son to take them down on 12/01/2026 as he had been away on holidays.The main point of this being the manager and any other contacts I made with the company were brilliant friendly and very very helpful Royal mail collected the lights within a day to return them and within two days I was informed by email that a new set was on its way to us also they gave us a option for a full refund or whatever suited ourselves.The main reason I am writing this review is because we cannot praise this company enough and it’s very refreshing to work with people and company like this and we would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation whatsoever and hope that they do very well in the future as they really deserve to thank you again from my wife and myself.

I ordered icicle lights through B&Q. When they came I realised I had ordered the battery powered set instead of the mains powered. I contacted the company through the B&Q website and they could not have been more helpful. They posted the plug in adapter and I received it next day. Light all tested and they look great. Thank you for a great service.

I normally check with trust pilot prior to making an order, unfortunately i didn't this occasion, big mistake.
It took over a week for item to arrive, Batteries inserted, nothing happens, very cheap looking item battery case broken, different colour from website, when I contacted them they were very evasive, asking the same question, explain what's wrong? "quite simply they do not work"(unit for purpose) they replied again please explain what's wrong?? I became very angry, and placed my complaint with PayPal, that did the trick, a full refund is on its way...

If I could give minus stars I would. Scammers and 0% customer service. Avoid!!

Extremely disappointed. The first batch I purchased two years ago was good quality, but the next batch I ordered to finish off a job I started, was of a poor quality and the studs that link the pieces together didn’t match. I made do and did a fairly good job. It would have been a lot quicker and easier had the pieces matched, but I’d accomplished covering my fence. Six months later and the artificial ivy is crumbling. I’ve tried to fix it but the backing just crumbles when I try to attach it with a plastic cable tie. I emailed BestArtificial a week ago and have not yet received a reply or acknowledgment. Very disappointed and upset that all my hard work and expense was for nothing and now I have to start all over again.

Please do not use this scam of a company. Ordered a garland through The Range. It arrived but looked nothing like its photo, hardly any decorations and the lights that came with it were broken. I immediately contacted The Range who contacted the seller to arrange a return after I showed them the video and photos. I sent the item straight back as soon as I received the return label. However they have refused to make any contact with me or to give me a refund. It’s been weeks now, still no refund or response and I’m out of pocket absolute scam!!!

Please be aware that if you want to return anything and you ordered from amazon they send return labels tell you to take to post office post office won't expect as to large then send email saying that carnt refund you as post office won't send has to go with courier that you have to pay for when you are disabled and doing all this gives you a bitter taste about the company!!
