Quick delivery, poor print quality
The delivery was very quick, and I was very impressed; however, the print quality was not great. The images on the banner were much darker than on the proof

We did not get the flyers in 24 hours as we were led to believe we would.

I have investigated and from checking the courier tracking details I can see your order was dispatched on time using the 24hr service, but unfortunately we were let down by our courier company on this occasion and your item got delayed in transit by 1 day.
