I have been a loyal customer for years recently deliveries have been an utter failure , ramming heavy items in with crisps and crackers popping bags and squeezing air out them , missing items, some boxes so heavy they take 2 people to move and they explode and you lose half your goods. Customer service non existent to resolve issues and have now started ignoring me ! Shame on you! I have claimed back via my bank as they are not communicating for damaged and missing items . I will not be using again ! You pay a fortune for delivery you expect some standards!

I get some real bargains from this company its packed well and fast delivery

Have ordered for a few years now.mist recently this week.had an offer of £6 off delivery so only paid £1.all items arrived well packaged.my only gripe is no reply to ticket I created or despatch email but for the price I’m happy with what I got.would recommend.

Used this company many times.
I brought sparkling water in glass bottles.
And they packed the glass bottles at the top of box.
I think we know where this is going….
I had to go through a box of broken glass to see if I retrieve anything.
Sent a email to company and all I got was an automated email.
It’s not the money it’s the fact that they can’t even be bothered to reply.
I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Great but they send an overly big box that’s packed with cardboard bits so you should probably hire a skip or two to dispose of all the cardboard they’ll send you for a pretty small order

So paid £6 postage which isn't cheap and im told 3 days later my order still isn't picked and packed so god knows when il receive it won't be ordering again when being charged that much delivery on a single box of items it should have already been delivered

Will stop using them, recently placed order for over £100 charged £12 delivery, got delivered to wrong address by DPD, complained to both of them and BBIG did not reply

Poor couriers do not buy

I used to order from them regularly. The last few orders have put me off.

I spent £10 on nougat and it was all squashed. The tins were filthy and dented, and the water bottles were covered in mud.

After sending them a message a week ago, they haven't even bothered to reply. Not the sort of company that cares about it's customers.

I'm impressed by this company and its efficient service offering good value. I have placed many orders in the last 24 months and remarkably have not seen one mistake in any of them. They take great care in getting it right. The only issue that has come up is with DPD courier which can let the process down due to poor delivery drivers on the odd delivery.

Great experience all round. All items have the date clearly written on the website so you can decide before purchasing if you are happy with this. Delivery can be between 3 and 7 days from experience. My parcels have always been well packed with recycled packaging. All the items I've purchased have always been good quality, and I've never had any problems with the out of date products. I have purchased from Best Before It's Gone a number of times this year, and have always been really pleased. The half price days are particularly good value, and I often stock up at these times. There are occasions that a product in my basket has sold out by the time I get to check-out, but I tend to feel that's how it goes sometimes and this does feel unique to BBIG. Postage does initially appear expensive, but I often buy 100+ items, so it's only an extra 6p per item: when think of it that way, it still seems very reasonable. I have tried a range of similar websites, and Best Before It's Gone is definitely the best by far. I have recommended to friends and family, and will certainly be purchasing again soon.

Placed an order during the half price delivery period. When the order arrived the box was rammed full of food with crisps being on the top and as a result crushed. Other items were broken to. The worse packing I have seen. BBFG have asked me to send back the damaged goods which I have no problem with doing but are only offering a credit rather than a refund. I need a refund as I don’t order from this company often and possibly now never again as there are better companies offering the same product at a far lower of free delivery cost.

This was my first order with this company,usually buy from approved foods. From ordering to delivery took 11 days,really well packaged,no problems at all.

One of my boxes failed to arrive. Contacted customer services,and told it had been returned to them by courier. Failed to reply,several times ,when I asked for those items to be refunded. Delivery is very slow,2-3 weeks

If you eat junk then this is the place for you, almost everything is crisps, biscuits, chocolate. snack type food sugary drinks etc all highly processed packed with rapeseed oil, sugar, preservatines, emulsifiers and the like, I found a 'guacamole' that was 13% avocado, and most of it was oil, wheat, locust bean gum, flour, whey powder, sugar and about 10 more ingredients, really it should be illegal to call this guacamole ! (Iast one I bought in supermarket was 87% avocado) If you live on only food you get here then you will probably be dead within 2 weeks. I couldn't find a single thing that I would call food.

Last order included tins of Italian biscuits that were absolutely dripping with oil inside the tin and out The packer must have known this but still packed them. The oil could not have come from anything in the order. That order took over a week to be sent. My current order was made over a week ago and again has not yet been sent. This is not good enough when you pay for next day DPD delivery at nearly £7. DPD do indeed deliver it a day after dispatch but what's the point when it takes over a week to be sent! Good prices so it is a pity that it takes so long to get your order

Well, I go straight onto the web page when I receive email put my order together then way and behold I go to pay things are already out of stock. Whilst fiddling around to try & delete the nil stick that the inventory I lose more chances, and so it goes on & on in the end I am do did allusion by the last of 100 plus stock going in the matter of minutes I wipe the order out as I know this will be going on all night. One cannot get past the inventory stock saying it is out if stick within a few minutes, I am so disappointed. When people are ordering stuff they should be given the chance to get their card to pay only to find that suddenly the items you want are out of stock!!!

Really impressed with these guys. Had a few orders from them now and rarely had a snag. If there is an issue, they sort it pronto. 24 hour delivery via DPD which is fast and reassuring. Items are always packed well and safely to avoid breakages. Keep it going please and thank you for the quality service

They are excellent
Don't worry about their products, processing time and delivery the way of packaging absolutely fantastic well protected all their products are healthy. I don't have any problems with their services and promises

I put £30 + worth of goods in my basket food,cleaning and bathroom gds to put in the larder for any future price rises/scarcity situes, and all with 2025-26 dates, wasted an hour to checkout to find that you have to accept that goods maybe out of date, wth so that's a complete contradiction and selling out of date food is actually illegal! Hence dumpster diving vids on youtube, a van load of out of date food on youtube. So no thanks.
