Booked in advance a week early for…

Booked in advance a week early for 9am,got to Best Drive Waterford at 8.50am told it would be a few minutes for tracking and puncture repair.
Over 1 hour later a jack was brought out to the car park and another 30min to repair a puncture.
Then told the tracking machine is broken.
The staff is so rude and have no idea of prioritising booking appointments.
Stay way from this place !

Bad Business Ethic

I waited one week for them to order in my tires. I never got a call so I called down to their Dundrum branch. He said I wasn’t on the list. I called a week later and still no tires. The young guy at the desk was extremely rude to me. It’s been about six weeks now and I still haven’t received a call.I had to go elsewhere to get my tires replaced. I would never recommend this company to anybody. If there were zero stars that’s what I would recommend.

Service

Left Car in for full service also advised it was due for NCT. NCT carried out and failed due to headlight not allined went back with Car,no reason given and no apology. Very disappointed with service,would not use again and would not recommend.

My car broken by Bestdrive Midleton…

I was attend the Bestdrive Midleton co.Cork shop for changing the oils and filters to my 6 y.o.car. I paid for full service and when was driving to home, suddenly all possible warning alerts icons came up to my dashboard. I returned to the garage asked what is going on with my car. The mechanic took out the alerts. When I was driving home all over pop up again. I called on the phone to the shop on the middle of the road, the service said the aren't able to resolve these issues.
Besides of that I feel now the pedal vibration and engine and gearbox delay in response to actions. I see that it is dangerous to drive car in this condition. I asked the shop for refund, it was refused as well.
I am aware if anything will be happened on the road with my car, that is direct fault of Besdrive or Modern Tyres shop Midleton Co.Cork team.

Paid for work that the NCT centre said was never done

I brought my Peugeot Car to Best Drive Dundrum , Dublin following an NCT test on the 11th of October for two visual failures.
Best drive Dundrum booked me in with a quick turnaround of an hour to fix the car.
Delighted with the service that these small problems were fixed I rebooked
the NCT test and was then scheduled for Sat the 25th of October which resulted with an identical fail .
I was presented with the same visual problems that the car had failed the last test on .I asked the mechanic at the NCT center and he said they were never repaired and the steering is heavy and you can obviously feel the mechanical issue.
I returned to Best Drive Dundrum for an explanation.
They didn't explain, offered to pay for the re-test and I've been sitting here at the office over two hours now without my car being seen. Other cars have come in after me and have since been seen.
I'm appalled.The mechanic on duty is sitting behind the desk while the young apprentice seems to be doing the work.
In conclusion, following making the complaint it took three hours before the mechanic who was sitting behind the counter accepted my car to fix the problem. It only took 20 minutes.
I'll miss the NCT today and other appointments as a result.
Not an experience I'll be willing to repeat.
