Ordered meat, seems ok. My issue is the order was incomplete, have tried 3 ways to contact, messenger tik-tok email, all to no avail.Would like to order again but no customer support.

Bestmeat got in touch and sent out the Mr Marinade that was missing. Had the tandoori chicken , was delicious.Will be ordering again, just wish I could get in touch easier.

The guy running this is a sausage himself. Absoloute shambles terrible quality meat. Div wouldn't. Know a peice of sirloin if he got slapped round the face with it. Dodgy re packaged out of date meat. Abit like the guy selling you a brand new mattress out the back of the van half price because he can't return it. I can't wait to arrive at the company address and speak too a human. Pay the extra show support to local farmers markets and butchers. Don't fund this guys crack habit by buying his manky re packaged meat bundles

Once you have seen and tried you won't go anywhere else.
Packaging is excellent.

The last one we ordered was on Saturday, it came the following Tuesday.

The selection is brill, superb quality and super cheap for what you get.
Great service and product throughout.

Will be using again for any meat we need, we know bestmeat has us covered for sure.

My husband and I kept seeing advertising posts on social media- I went on to the page, and we decided to place our first order it came today- all professionally packed, in a good quality box with cold packs.
The meat looks absolutely amazing, can’t wait to try some of this tomorrow on the bbq and the king ribs are looking so good! Highly recommended company very professional thank you, I have also spread the word with some of our friends that are going to do orders this weekend! Thanks 👍

I ordered the fillet steak offer, buy one fillet get one free , total £55 plus delivery. The meat arrived on time, v well packaged , still really chilled. The fillets, which i was expecting to need trimming, have been trimmed and look really lean. The total weight for both is 2.6 kg . Really ,really happy.
I have used Best Meat several times and was a bit sceptical at 1st as I wondered about the quality of the meat. I don't normally buy meat on line, but I have been so pleased with all of my purchases and can highly recommend the company

I only received one 3kg steak, I feel scammed. I have tried contacting them via email and Facebook but no answer.

*Update* following my review I have now been contacted by Emma, the case of my missing items has now been resolved, however, the customer service and understanding was not great, I appreciate companies need to be wary when customers claim to not have received their orders but having discovered this to actually be the case I would expect a bit more of a sincere apology but that was not the case, rather a it was a simple error, emphasis on simple. I've added extra stars to the rating as I have now received the remainder of my order but unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this company due to lack of customer service and the stress of having to contact them again should there be any future issues.

We have ordered off a few companies now this is our 3rd order from best meats and it's the one will ever use now. The quality is amazing for the price.

First time customer.we bought the 1/2 price hamper £60 the selection of meat is great turned up boxed and still freezing cold great quanitiy and quality....will definitely order again thanks

Ask a simple question about 3 delivery charges when i wanted to spend £200, to be lectured on the workings of courier companies and told how much of bargain i was already getting. Ever so rude, and when challenged, i got blocked. Pathetic company, who wont last very long with their attitude.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Top top quality meat, received well packaged and fridge cold. The sirloin is the best I've ever eaten no need for a steak knife cuts like butter. I'll be a repeat customer, without a doubt.

Pork abs apple burger and King ribs for tea thanks so much was so shocked when box come 👏👏👏💪💪💪💪💪 Of course we will be ordered again didn't no u could add on but was 55 and then 5 for delivery struggle to get out being poorly and my stomach hates food but their burgers was do nice not heavy on my stomach let see if we can keep it down I wish I added more chicken and things in it though so will deffo do it next time and ham shanks was waiting for but got gammon joint so we'll worth the money xx 👏👏👏👌👌👌👌💪💪💪💪💪

The order came well packed , however in basics the order consists of tiny drum sticks and no way can be considered a bbq pack of type. Drum sticks are the main issue as must be off a sparrow. Sirloins, more like minute steaks. For £69 pounds this is a very poor deal indeed. First and last time using this company.
