Perfect
Perfect! I received them a little faster then I was expecting which is awesome. As always the quality is excellent, it turned out to be a higher gloss then last time, which great.
Customer service dept was quick easy and friendly when I had a question. All round great company to use.

Defects
I have ordered business cards from here before and they were nice. The ones I just received had a lot of rough edges from cuts not being clean and other defects were noticeable.

The customer service at BestPrint Buy…
The customer service at BestPrint Buy is exceptional. I had a question and they took care of it immediately. I reviewed my order, made a change and had the changed graphics back immediately so I could place my order. I placed my order and received confirmation that it was placed and when I could expect delivery. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I keep getting emails stating I forgot something in my cart, when in fact, I had placed the order and do not have anything in my cart. Other than that, service is outstanding.
