Business Cards arrived & were not correct. Even though I had to approve the proof it wasn’t right. I also ordered them with amortization schedule on the back but the back was black. My badge looks cheap and has bubbles in the lacquer. I will never use this service again.

The sales person ordered the wrong computer. A week later, one of the managers. Ricky cancelled the original purchase and ordered another laptop. He said that I would receive the credit within 5 days. It's now 3 weeks later and the credit never happened. I now have 2 computers on my statement, when I only purchased one. I went into the store 5 days ago and spoke to another manager. This manager still has not gotten back to me. The phone systems are horrendous! You can't reach anyone in the store. You have to physically go to the store. I will not have to go back to the store a 6th time! The customer service is terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!!
