Cannot recommend more highly
We recently moved house and used Bestway Relocation. Their quote was really reasonable - better than the others by some distance.
We had three guy's wrap everything, dis-assemble our furniture and then re-build it at the new house. We actually left a glass in a sideboard in error and it arrived at the new house unbroken.
Nothing was broken, damaged or scratched. The guy's were lovely. Hard working, very courtious.
I can't recommend more highly.

Amazing would recommend
Amazing service they were so patient and helpful and made sure all of my stuff was well looked after. They even recommended a place to store and I was able to get packaging all in one place so much stress averted just by coming here !

Couldn't have done it without them...
I recently used Bestway Relocation for my house move and was extremely impressed with the service I received.
From the very first enquiry, their communication was excellent. They provided a detailed quotation within a couple of hours of receiving my video survey and were always quick to respond to my many questions. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they were incredibly flexible throughout what turned out to be a very stressful moving process.
Our move was part of a property chain and, due to legal and Land Registry issues, we did not know until the very last minute whether completion would actually take place. Despite this uncertainty, Bestway Relocation remained patient, understanding and accommodating. They reassured me throughout, allowed me to move the booking if necessary without additional charges, and worked around the constant updates from solicitors and estate agents.
On moving day, the situation became even more challenging when exchange and completion ended up taking place on the same day, despite it looking very unlikely the day before. With very little notice, Sam managed to rearrange their schedule and provide a Luton van and two movers at short notice, which ultimately saved the move. Without their flexibility and willingness to help, the day could have been far more difficult.
A special thank you to Zayn and Farhaz, who were professional, hardworking and extremely helpful on the day. Due to the uncertainty surrounding the move, we had not completed all of our packing when they arrived. They stepped in, helped us finish the remaining packing and got everything loaded without complaint. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would not hesitate to use Bestway Relocation again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive and customer-focused removals company.

No faults!
The quote we were given from bestway was a really good price compared to other companies we looked at, which sometimes makes me worry that you’re sacrificing quality for price but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience.
The guys were absolutely brilliant. Showed up right on time, super efficient in getting everything on and off the van, really friendly and just got the job done super well. I really appreciated as well that they were so helpful when I had extra things that I didn’t put on the initial list. Will definitely be using again when I next move!

Such a wonderful experience with Bestway Relocations, the whole process was amazing, I sent a video tour of the house and got an accurate breakdown of the items and a very reasonable quote. This is exactly what I ended up paying so no surprise extras.
The team, Benn, Zain, Farhaz and Shah arrived promptly and started immediately, I was so impressed with how quickly, efficiently and carefully they cleared the house. It was also the hottest day of the year and they worked so hard. Everything was brought to the new house and unloaded just as carefully. All our furniture was reassembled on the other side and the team couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you all so much, I can’t recommend you enough!

The experience was faultless from quote…
The experience was faultless from quote to delivery. The team allocated was polite, friendly and went the extra mile with everything. Even delivering each item to the right room and even coming back 2 days later when they located a small item that we’d left in the back of one of the moving vans. Benn and his colleague Dan (sorry if I got his name wrong) were amazing. They arrived promptly and got straight into their task. We tried to assist to make some challenging tasks more manageable and they were perfectly happy to complete it without any assistance. No task was too much for them. Advise was given with dismantling and assembling furniture which was very much appreciated. They were polite and so nice to engage with. We had issues with collecting the keys on the other end and they were not phased at all. Before they left they asked if all furniture etc were in the right locations and needed anything else before they left.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and if we move again, definitely will reuse them. Thank you so much for a fun and enjoyable but yet professional service.
