Bestway Relocation Opiniones

I’ve moved seven times in the last seven years, so I’ve experienced a fair share of removal services, but this crew was by far the best.

From start to finish, Ben and his colleague were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make the move as smooth and stress-free as possible. What really stood out was their patience, despite delays with the completion of the sale and the wait to collect the keys, they remained calm, understanding, and supportive throughout.

Ben and his colleague were not only extremely efficient, but also incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They handled everything with care and worked with a positive attitude that made a huge difference on a stressful day.

I can’t recommend Ben and his colleague (Bestway relocation company) highly enough. If you’re looking for a removal service that truly cares and delivers top-notch service, this is the one to go with!

So I initially went with Bestway Relocations due to their good reviews online vs other similar companies for a recent house move, all seemed to be going well until the day of the move.

The good:
The removals and packing team were very good and very friendly.

The Bad:
It turns out the surveyor forgot to include all the items in our outbuilding as well as items such as a trampoline which I was then requested to pay an extra £400 to move these items but I insisted on not paying this as it wasn't my mistake, this wasn't sorted and had to get this sorted out myself.

Just a final note the removals and packing team did offer to remove the remaining items but they had been working non stop from 9:30 that morning until 10pm at night so i told them not to worry about it due to them not having any lunch and living over an hour away.

"When we booked Bestway Relocation Ltd, we had not heard of them. Now that we have experienced the company—the amazing communication and, finally, the crew who came to do the actual move—I have almost run out of adjectives. They were gentle and careful while packing everything into the Luton van they arrived with. They must be world champion jigsaw puzzle solvers working as a duo team. The van was packed like a master puzzle maker's display case! Thank you to everyone at the company. I can honestly recommend them for any removal task, even for granny's porcelain figurines."

Had a great moving experience with Bestway relocation. The team was super professional and helpful.Recommended.

very good company, highly reccomend.

The guys were totally amazing, careful with all my daughter’s possessions and respected her property.
Would highly recommend

No job too big for these guys, very helpful, respectful, friendly and professional. Even with our short notice booking! Will go out of their way to help you. Would highly recommend these guys. We had a delay getting our keys and they were patient whilst we got these.

The job ended up being bigger than expected but they were able to send more support. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. The move would have been extremely difficult without their help. I would highly recommend their services.

Very good customer service would reccomend for anyone moving house

I hired them to relocate my house from London to Northampton service was great and prices were reasonable i would recommend it

From the first contact, this firm was excellent. The request was dealt with quickly and efficiently, despite there needing to be discussions with 3rd and 4th parties on my part.
The task was executed efficiently. There were some delays due to traffic but we were informed.
I cannot recommend them highly enough

I would say .. best company I found fair my house move in reading… Bestway relocation thank you

Fantastic work guys. I am very pleased with the services by bestway relocation. 10/10.

This is an excellent removal company. They were helpful and courteous and skilled. I had my stuff all over the place and they organised it and packed it for me very nicely. They did their very best to accommodate me in terms of pick up and drop off times. Very good value.

What a fabulous company!

They made me feel comfortable and at ease (as a lone female) and made moving so simple. The price was very good and they delivered on everything they said.
I would highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!

They carried out my move very professionally and stress-free. Very cooperative throughout the process. Strongly recommended.
