But I've been using bookies for 8 years and it's the first time that I am actually scammed by one of them. Yes, I am obviously talking about Bet Rebels.

A few days ago, I tried to withdraw some of my winnings, and they asked me for additional documents, which is fine. I was technically already "verified", but I understand how it works. They try to make it hard for users to withdraw and I had already withdrawn some profit from them. I mean, they asked for a lot of personal stuff, like bank statements, screenshots of Ecopayz account, but I sent everything they asked.

After a few days of waiting, I received this response:

We would like to inform you that an investigation of your account has been conducted.

Betrebels decision is that your account will remain permanently closed and the following terms and conditions will be applied:

· To sell, transfer, and/or acquire accounts to/from other players;
· To transfer funds amongst player accounts;

Any member of a federation, Managers, associates or card-carrying members of sporting companies and/or any employee of companies organising or managing any public or private competition is forbidden to place or accept bets, either directly or via a third party even through the persons authorized to receive them, who have access to the results of such official matches organized by sports associations or competitions offered by the company. It is also forbidden to the employees, directors or shareholders of Betrebels to place bets directly or via third party even at those authorised to receive them.

The client is permitted to open only one personal account with Betrebels. Eventual duplicate accounts or accounts opened later or under a fictitious name or in the name of others, will be closed and all relative winnings voided. Eventual balances of duplicate accounts will be remitted back to the player. The client must contact the Company directly if they forget or mislay any of the personal details necessary to access his/her online Betrebels account, in order to retrieve these details, in accordance with the Company’s internal procedure for the protection of personal details.

Betrebels will Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Betrebels account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, the Betrebels terms and conditions have been violated and/or other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Betrebels account. This is subject to any of the said events being in connection with the Betrebels account and/or the claim in question."

This is obviously BS. So, they are basically accusing me of some kind of fraud, and "suspicions" are enough. They will repeat that it's part of their "Terms & Conditions", and won't give any more details or explanations, and will refuse to engage. So, they just closed my account and kept my balance.

"We regret to let you know that this is the company's final decision regrding your account. No further clarifications or explanations can be provided."

There you go! I probably won't see this money again, but please, don't make the mistake of opening an account with them. Just don't! You can't win! Even small "shady" bookmakers that I used in the past ended up paying me even if it was difficult! Not this one, so stay away!

Dopo aver depositato tanto decido di prelevare finalmente una vincita di 2000 euro ed accampano un fantomatico abuso di bonus impedendomi il prelievo. Io mi son trovato bene sin da subito con questa agenzia maltese. Scommetto dal telefono, anche se non c'è l'app, ricarico con carta di debito/credito, tanti sport su cui scommettere, tanti metodi per giocare e tante quote disponibili. Accettate scommesse a partire da 5 centesimi di euro. Facile e veloce il prelievo con bonifico bancario. Super consigliato!
