Offered incentives following self exclusion requests
Requested to self exclude twice as I advised I was overspending / depositing too much, I was then offered a $90 free bet the first time, and 100 free spins the second time. Account still remains open.
I also played one of their games (Crashio), bet £10 and the game reached 97x. I tried to cash out at 47x and it said the bet had failed. I lost my initial £10, and customer support said the bet had settled correctly so did nothing.
Site has no regard for their customers unfortunately, and are not licensed by the UKGC so please beware
If you have a look at some of their other 5* reviewers profiles, one of whom have posted multiple 5* reviews for this one site, they post the exact same reviews to the letter for other casinos all on the same day.. these appear to be botted reviews

I have spent and deposited over £4k at this casino and I was lucky enough to strike a big win on sun of Egypt 4.
I was told by VIP manager that I can withdraw £2k per day and that is no problem. Now I am on the 6th day since my first withdrawal so the amount is £12k in withdrawal that is 6no of £2k.
All am being told by support is the be patient payment team is checking the account.
i have had no problems in the past with withdrawing money and they are normally very fast.
I understand that it is a larger win so probably take slightly longer but I am on the 6th days now and have been told the payment team work every day.
