CONNED OUT OF MY MONEY FOR WRONG PRODUCT
Ordered a specific product and sent the wrong item as the original (green and red strap) was then out of stock. Was refunded a mere £10 when the strap retails for £22 online. Issue still not resolved as I am now not receiving replies from Betsy and Floss. Terrible customer service - as the bag was embossed/personalised I am not entitled to a refund despite it being THEIR mistake to send the wrong item thinking I wouldn't notice the strap was missing? Terrible company. Would never buy anything from them again. Be warned people!
