Easy to assemle
Arrived two days after ordering. It was well packaged in a large box. The delivery man carried it into the house for me. We followed the instructions for finishing the assembly. Apart from the buttons being very stiff to use, it was easy to assemble. Fits in our small toilet and is exactly what I needed to help me stand after using the toilet

I needed a raised toilet seat as the…
I needed a raised toilet seat as the one the NHS brought wouldn't fit. I found one on Better Independent Living that attaches with suckers, so no space needed at the side. It arrived very quickly.
The seat is prone to sliding back, so I've found myself a strip of wood to place behind it.

Placed my order but have not received a confirmation email. I sent them an email requesting the confirmation and invoice but only received a mail delivery email, but no answer to my request. Not impressed, they must have been short staffed because the following day I placed a 2nd order and

They were great- very experienced and able to provide a bespoke chair with separate foot raiser and back recline with any choice of modern fabrics something I wasn’t able to find elsewhere - and no sales push - I am preparing for knee surgery and they knew exactly what I needed - worthings best kept secret !

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Went to order a small item that costs about £10 and found that because I live in the highlands postage is £9.99. Even though looking through the reviews, this company seem to use Royal mail for small items and Royal mail dont charge extra to deliver to IV postcodes
