Great service; The PA was so knowledgeable and helpful. Will use again.

Setting up an appointment for my COVID 19 rapid test was a challenge as I had to log on at 12:00AM the day of; however, obviously demand for a test is high. Appt. slots at most locations were gone in 4 minutes! Thankfully I secured an appt. at the Regency location.
Staff was friendly and very helpful!! Very professional and everything went faster than I expected. The PA that gave me my results made sure I had all my questions answered and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed out.

Overall very great experience. I thank you all!!

The wait was pretty long even with an appointment, but the computers were down and there were 6 of us, so we understood. Staff was friendly and everything was well run once we were seen.

Everything was extremely clean and everyone who worked there was kind and made it a very easy experience.

It was ok. Health care personal was ok too.
Everything was done I guess accordingly.
No hassle. Had to wait a little. But that’s I think was regular waiting for short staffing at the time I was there.

It was great and smooth but waited in room a little longer then anticipated.

I was so impressed with the individual who was administering the tests- she was calm, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Do what you can to keep her on staff!

It was very easy to get a telemed appointment and an in person Covid test.

I had to take my 4 year old in for stitches and was so thankful for the staff at BetterMed. I was so thankful for their care and won’t hesitate to see them again.

The service was ok, but I am still experiencing ear problems. The steroid drops did not help. Probably need to visit an ENT. Provider and nurse were very professional and treated me as I was their only patient for that day.

This is my 3rd visit to a BetterMed in the Richmond area. All visits were at different locations. This area by far was the most thorough of all three. The first to take information on medications and allergies and the first to actually swab for a counted amount of time.

Friendly, followed precautions and results came back super quick!

The staff at BetterMed was so helpful to me in monitoring my COVID status. I came in twice for testing. The second time I had symptoms and did the rapid test which was negative. But the PA took extra time with me and recommended a PCR test to be more confident in the outcome.
He prescribed an antibiotic in case my test came back negative that I'd gave something to take to get better. My PCR test was positive - they called very quick to let me know i was positive and saved my family from being exposed over the holidays. THANKS BETTERMED!
