My hire car was recovered in Portugal…
My hire car was recovered in Portugal and new tyre fitted , I paid and on return Bettersafe handled my claim in One week. My son also has today been paid by Bettersafe for a Substantial care hire accident claim in UK. WIthin 10 days. This is a fantastic Company and the process is easy .Refreshingly on the ball. Great company, highly recommend
Always a personal and friendly service. I had a problem buying online and got a phone call back the following morning. All sorted by phone by a lovely worker, Kate. We have used Bettersafe for several years for car hire excess cover, claimed once which was so easy to do. I wouldn't use any other company!
