I didn’t need to make a claim
I hired a car in Sardinia. I was advised, brilliantly, by the Moneysavingexpert.com, as you hear about so many scams.
the price was good, reviews were good, and all went well so I haven’t really tested it out. the test of an insurance product is if you need to claim, and I didn’t.

Excellent value, excellent product.
Very clear, well organised, website. Very comprehensive car hire excess insurance at a very reasonable price. Used this company for over a decade, had one claim that was dealt with immediately with full reimbursement within days and no fuss.

Had an email informing me my policy is…
Had an email informing me my policy is up for renewal and as a loyal customer 10% discount. When I tried to renew it would not take my postcode. Phoned up and was informed that they no longer covered that postcode and my current policy would not be honoured due to the postcode.
