I had a very bad experience with the bookmaker Betway. After I won, my account was suddenly blocked, and the withdrawal process was halted. They then required additional verification, which I promptly completed according to their instructions. After a while, I received an email asking for more information. I provided the requested details, hoping for a quick resolution, but after escalating the issue, all communication stopped. Now, I still haven't received any response and cannot withdraw my winnings. Such treatment of customers is a clear lack of professionalism and honesty. I highly advise against using Betway's services!

Good luck trying to get a decent win. The slots are rubbish. Dead spins all of the time. Very little pay out. I was playing Green Wizard. Got the scatter bonus. Won £0.28. Wow!!

Super prize wheel is a con. You have to spend £10 on slots and then you get a chance for higher money prizes or spins. More often than not, you only get 5 free spins, which is the sort of thing you get on the free prize wheel. The one time I did get 20 free spins, it was on Crabbin Megaways, which paid out sweet fa.

What has happened to betway. A word of warning for anyone new thinking of using this company. I added a replacement debit card won a small amount tried to withdraw it despite getting on chat which took for ever 4 days on the trot they could not resolve the issue quoting terms n conditions and drawn out bullshit have made it almost impossible to withdraw the money . So i will never use them again which is bad business for them and i recommend no one else to use them they can let you deposit but put every obstacle in the way of a withdrawal. Casino rugged how they get away with it is beyond me . Be careful

Exteamly difficult to contact if you have a problem. When you go onto chat there is usually up to 20 ahead in queue and do they think it is ok to let you wait like you have nothing better to do? There is no email option either to email your query/problem. I think the regulator needs to step in and advise this is not acceptable.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Betway at All Costs!

I have had an awful experience with Betway. This company is completely unreliable and seems to have no regard for customer service. When I submitted a withdrawal request, they simply ignored it as if it never happened. To make things worse, when I tried replying to their email for support, I received an automatic response saying that the address (support @betway.com) is no longer being monitored. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, there has been no further communication or effort on their part.

It’s astonishing that with all the advertising they do, they can’t be bothered to provide even basic customer support. I highly recommend staying away from Betway – they’ve shown themselves to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. Total fraud!

A company that permits fraud.

My debit card has been used through this company, although I do not have an account with them. I have been emailing for over 6 weeks and no one has investigated this.

I have provided my bank statement showing the transaction dates and amounts and I have provided my card details. This morning I received a request for the same information, of which I have provided 15 times.

This company permits fraud and does absolutely nothing to combat it. Zero hope of betting my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Poor customer service interaction, was rather rude and kept giving 'political' responses so it went round in circles.
Created my account and was instantly locked out, after a week of submitting my details I still have no access to the account which I had already loaded £30 onto to meet the deposit requirements for the offer.
Not impressed.

What a absolute joke this company is there’s no way of getting hold of them when there’s a problem the online chat don’t work and who ever is running this company needs to go back to college because clearly they can not run this company properly I’ve only been trying to get hold of them for around 1 week they owe me money and I can’t get a penny from them this site should be closed down absolute scam don’t under any circumstances bet with Betway I hope they read this

My account has been blocked apparently because I put the wrong details … I have money in my betting account and two bets that I can’t have access to, I tried to have a chat with an agent on the the chat line so I can have my account activated so far I have been waiting for more that 6 hours… I was 30th in the queue got to number 5 but then the app got me to restart all over again….. I should have read all the bad reviews before using this betting app

Incredibly poor customer service. 6 hour wait on live chat if you ever get in. My mum's account is locked so can't withdraw her money. No way of unlocking it as contacting Betway is impossible. DO NOT TOUCH BETWAY. Read the reviews. They'll have their licence revoked really soon.

I have won 300 pound and I'm unable to withdraw its telling me to deposit with the card for me to be able to withdraw it but I gave already done so so now I can't take anything out??

I have Been betting with betway uk for a while, which is when I first set my card, I now have deposit with a new card they are quick to take the money off my new card, no problem when it comes to withdrawal its sending it to my old card that's not been in use for years, I've spent endless hours trying to connect to the online chat to constantly be told error, I've emailed the company I've also tried to ring and I'm getting nowhere it won't let me change it and the card is there to deposit but not to withdrawn, this was won on the 15th-16th of April £1250 and there still pending. I will be taking this action further if nothing is resolved.

Don’t even deserve a star scam site

I have Been betting with betway uk for many years, when I first set my card details many years ago however for the past 2/3 years I now have deposit with a new card they are quick to take the money off my new card, no problem when it comes to withdrawal its sending it to my old card that's not been in use for years, I've spent endless hours on the online chat to constantly be cut off after 9 hours I've emailed the company I've also tried to ring and I'm getting nowhere it won't let me change it and the card is there to deposit but not to withdrawn, this was won on the 2nd march £10 then £120 on the 19th March and there still pending please contact on robtaylor6

They suddenly just closed my account with no warning?? I had deposited some money and can't get it back. There is no way of contacting customer services and I can't log in. So they have taken my money, don't trust them. My advice is don't use them steer clear.

So just placed a football inplay double over 1.5 goals in the 1st half,1 of the games come in so i was just waiting for the other game but for some reason betway voided the game that had just come in for some reason,the game has not been called off or anything so what is the reason for voiding the game????
