I love the flavour of these cocktail bombs. I had a problem with packaging on delivery but spoke to Harrison and he was excellent 👌.

My order arrived quick and the Pornstar Martini tasted great.
Shocking service. I ordered £32 worth, over two weeks ago. No tracking and no sign of the product having been sent.Shop is still showing as order placed, but no update.I emailed explaining that it was a birthday present, needed for 10th August, and if they couldn’t supply them to refund so I could purchase something else. My email was ignored. I am disgusted with the delay and the lack of communication. Avoid this seller!

We’re really sorry your order isn’t due to arrive in time for the 10th. I completely understand the frustration, especially when it was meant as a birthday present.
Every batch we make is handmade fresh to order rather than sitting in a warehouse, and the recent hot weather brought a very large rush of orders in a short space of time, which pushed our dispatch times out. Because of that, the confirmation email you received when you ordered asks customers to let us know if they need their bombs for a specific date so we can fast-track the order. We also sent a follow-up email after five days explaining the delay and repeating that offer.
We received your email three days before the date you needed them, which fell over a weekend. Even fast-tracked the earliest our courier could have delivered was Tuesday 11th, so there was unfortunately no way to get them to you for the Monday 10th.
That said, none of that changes the fact that the order could not arrive in time and we apologise for this. I’ve refunded your order in full, it should be back in your account within 3-5 working days. Your order was due to go out via next day delivery tomorrow morning. We packaged your order today as we have been working through the weekend to get all the orders made as fast as possible, but due to the shipping providers not working weekends the earliest they can be sent is Monday morning. If you’d still like the bombs, we’re very happy to send them out anyway as a late birthday gift including the full refund, please email and let us know.

I ordred these for a birthday party so paid extra for express delivery and emailed to let them know I needed them asap, they arrived the next day!.

We purchased these and they came with a trial bomb which we tried, absolutely disgusting. As we had not opened the main product we requested a return, took them over a week to respond but eventually got the return details and duely returned.
3 weeks later still no refund
In short :-

Rubbish customer service
Can not be trusted!
Guess it will have to be sorted by a charge back

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and I’m sorry the flavour wasn’t to your taste.
I’d like to gently clarify the timeline, as I think something may have gone wrong with the email correspondence.
You contacted us on 8 July requesting a return. We replied the same day with the return address and confirmed we’d refund you once we had confirmation the order was returned. We then heard from you again on 29 July asking us to check whether it had been received. We confirmed receipt and processed your refund on 30 July, one working day later. A confirmation email should have gone out to you automatically, so it’s possible that this email has been missed or has landed in your spam folder. Apologies if this is the case.
Refunds usually take three to five working days to show back on the original payment method, so it should be with you shortly if it hasn’t appeared already. We’re happy to email you a copy of the refund confirmation as proof, just let us know. If it hasn’t reached you within a few days, please let us know and we’ll chase it directly with our payment provider.

Absolute joke 7 days after paying still not even shipped told them I wanted a refund I got zero communication, the next day I get a PayPal notification saying a refund would be with me in 3 days. So zero customer service!! Zero communication!! and obviously got a strop on when they were asked for a refund, I’m not interested if you have lots of orders I own a business and a website and I put the effort in to make sure every order goes out no matter how long I have to stay back to make sure my customers get what they paid for. Unless of course you are taking money for stock you do not have?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we apologise for the delay with your order.
When you placed your order we sent a confirmation email that explains we make every batch fresh to order, so when we receive a lot of orders at once this can occasionally lead to delays. The email also explains if customers need their order for a specific date, to please let us know and we will accommodate for this.
When you asked for a refund we replied the same day to confirm it and to apologise for the wait. It looks like that email may not have reached you or it is possible it landed in your spam folder. We can only apologise for this.

They took a week to arrive. Tried them straight away but in lemonade and it was really nice. They would be great at a party to make people included that don't drink alcohol but have a mocktail.

Order 4518 , didnt receive initial delivery on RM promised day , after emailing and reviewing an out of hours reply, they were able to offer reassurance and replacement in good time. Unfortunately , it was a full Royal Mail problem. Well packaged , very cute wrapping and amazing customer service.
I plan to update once Ive tried my new drink.
On service, 5 stars .
Value for money, 5 stars ( imagine the cost of a cocktail at £11 /15 , and you get multiple for that and a choice of flavours.

PRN STAR martini tried . My favourite. Its close to the flavour . I foumd it easier to mix in a jug - as it took a couple min to dissolve in a martini glass . 2nd attempt a jug used and a good mix worked so much better and faster . Certainly recommend tho x

My husband bought these for us and we eagerly placed them into sparkling water in anticipation of a lovely cocktail. However, they fizzed and foamed and ended up looking like berroca and tasing like medicine. I would not recommend at all.
