I paid a lot for a pair of these shoes and in the end was left disappointed. They arrived 2 month later than the owner assured me they would arrive. That’s 1.5 months after the persons birthday they were a gift for. Then they arrived half a size smaller than what I paid for! I emailed the owner and he said he was on vacation and would get back to me. 3 weeks went by with no responses and when he finally does respond, he says “It’s a mistake on our end and we will send you a new pair”. Awesome! Or so I thought. Vague in every email. No ETA. Sends incorrect tracking numbers. Doesn’t respond for weeks. Ensures everything is shipped without any way to verify and gets aggressive when you ask him to clarify it. I endured 3 months of this!! At this point my friends birthday was 4-5 months ago and I have made my purchase ~6-7 months ago. The owner finally stops responding after a final assurance that he shipped it. I never received anything.

I’ve read a lot of stories similar to mine.
1/10 would not do business with this SCAMMER again.

I recently received my custom shoes from BG Customs and I’m really happy with the final result. The quality and design are beautiful and definitely worth the wait.

Communication was sometimes a little stressful due to the long production time, but the team was always polite and responsive whenever I contacted them. Once shipped, the tracking worked correctly and the shoes arrived safely.

Overall, a positive experience and I absolutely love the finished pair 😊

Never really been into custom shoes before, (and don’t actually wear flat footed shoes) but until I seen the Tartan Army World Cup one’s and had to have them to go to WC with.
I ordered through Google search though seen them on Facebook 1st, paid £80 upfront then £104.odds when ready to deliver and had them within a week. Over the moon with them, thanks very much.

Absolutely over the moon with my Stone Island Adidas, never will go anywhere else these now will be my come to.

I purchased a customized comic from mecomic.com on April 12 and delivery was promised 3 days later and until today (April 22) I have not gotten anything.
This seems to be a very clever scam so I hope people read this and fall not for this scam based in Hong Kong

Having a 1/50 trainer is a Great thing to have in the collection, the Quality Time and Skill to do these bespoke trainers is second to none highly recommended I shall be returning for another pair

Brilliant customer service! Emailed before purchasing over concerns with delivery time, the team were super helpful and agreed to get them done earlier. Kept in contact throughout the process and let me know when they had been delayed due to staff sickness. Despite this, they still arrived early in time for a birthday gift!

The team at BG customs kept me updated throughout the whole process and the work was excellent. Customer care second to none.
