Claire from the Lilyhall branch is simply amazing at what she does and is a prime example of how all conveyancers should be. Communication was always amazing and even when Claire was off someone from the team always responded promptly and always on the same day. Having heard others have horrible experiences with solicitors, our experience has been totally different, our transaction was completed quickly and smoothly on our end and our purchase was held up by other difficult sellers/conveyancers but Claire was amazing throughout and was always chasing the other side despite not even being asked to by ourselves, even though towards the end I was checking in daily asking what was going on. Please use these guys you will not be disappointed!
