I wish I could post a picture of how my 48 pallet was delivered! They put the 10 pallet blush, setting spray and 48 pallet eyeshadow in the same bag. It’s all shattered. I order makeup all the time and I’ve never had this problem. I’m just going back to my more expensive brands because at least I can use them! Ugh. Never again.
No explanation from them
I currently live in overseas but have been a fan since before moving here.
I ordered a very large order Jan. 29 and it shipped next day but I never received an update and when I checked the tracking it said it had been delivered (never made it out of Cali). When I emailed, I was told it was sent back with no explanation. When I asked if they could simply resend it they refused and gave me a refund, which I didn't ask for. They told me they could not resend it as it went against company policy. However, according to their policy, only lost, damaged or missing order could not be fixed for international buyers, but my order applied to none of those.
I have asked for an explanation but they have been so poor, slow and unprofessional in their email responses. I still have yet to receive a response.

I placed an order with BH Cosmetics on 12/14/18. Initially I did not think there was an issue as they sent 1 of the items I ordered within a week or so. When I checked the status of my order at that time it said all of my other items were pending shipment. On 12/28/18 I emailed BH Cosmetics customer service to request an update as my items were still pending shipment. I received a response within 48 hours apologizing for the delay as they had received a large volume of orders and would be shipping my items soon(You received a large volume of orders for Christmas? Who would have thought?!?!) I let another week or so go by and decided to message them through Paypal as I anticipated I would not ever see the rest of the items. BH Cosmetics responded to me through Paypal and asked if I would like the items reshipped, a gift card or a refund (how about you ship my items the first time???). I said at this point I would just like a refund for the outstanding items. They agreed and said I would be receiving a refund in 2-3 business days. BUT instead of issuing me a refund they opened a case in PayPal saying we could not come to an agreement. So here it is 1/20/19 and PayPal sides in my favor and issues a refund. My order still shows "Unfulfilled" and my remaining items "Pending Shipment". I would have never received a refund or my items had I not started contacting the company through PayPal. I will never support this company in any way because they obviously do not care about their customers.
incorrect address
Ordered twice from them and both times my package arrived in my country but was sent back to the States due to incorrect address. My friend ordered around the same time as me during my first order and experienced the same thing.

Do not waste your time with BH Cosmetics. I have ordered from BH before about a year ago and decided to try them again. Believe me, for the quality of their products, you are better off going to your local beauty supply store. I saw this time that they have an option for "2 day shipping". After selecting this at check-out, I checked about 4 days later and it still says that the package hasn't even been shipped yet. I emailed their customer service about this because I'm pretty sure no one would ever pay 2 day shipping if it didn't mean 2 day shipping, lol. The response I got was that 2 day shipping means 2-4 business day PROCESSING... in what world does it mean that ?! lol Never heard of such a thing and I won't be back to order anything else from BH Cosmetics because I can think of several other places to buy your beauty products from that are way better in every aspect.

I have recently (in the last 6 months) changed my makeup over to BH after my regular makeup line changed formulas and caused a reaction to my skin. I am not one to spend $50 on a makeup pallete and am so glad I found BH! I have ordered quite a few times and have always received my packages on time and had one palette that had broken eyeshadow and they sent me another one free of charge with no problems. I will definitely stick with them! ❤️
Awful Customer Service
I ordered 4 items for my daughter 24 days before Christmas, it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive and I'm missing 1 of the items. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service by email and phone for more than 24 hours now and I can't get anyone to respond. Looks like I wont get my full order by Christmas.

Never. Again. Stick with ULTA and Sephora you'll get a quick response rate and better customer service. Still have yet to receive my order. They also rip you off on the promos so triple check before you order.
Worst Customer Service - Highly Disappointed
I've never ordered from BH Cosmetics before and was excited for the gift I bought. That quickly changed, this company has the WORST customer service. I placed an order on 12/05 and it still has yet to ship - this is not my issue with them, my issue is further down. I needed the order to arrive before 12/20, as it's a gift and I am traveling. Placing the order on the 5th should have been more than enough time to process and deliver, according to their shipping policy. I simply wanted to inquire about changing the shipping address, should be simple enough. I tried numerous times to contact Customer Service, I've lost count at this point, and no one has contacted me back. The emails from their customer service are clearly automated and no one answers the phone. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not be ordering from BH Cosmetics again.
I have never had such a bad experience trying to reach any Customer Service at any company before. If I could cancel my order I would, and I will probably just return what I order (if I ever receive it) and get similar products from another, more reputable beauty company.

I just recently ordered a week ago and my order arrived on my doorstep early this morning. I eagerly brought it inside the house and was pleasantly surprised with how neatly packaged and organized it was. I started sampling the make up right away and think I’ve finally found the cosmetics line I’ve been looking for.

Ordering straight from the Bh Cosmetics is a joke. I recommend ordering any Bh Cosmetics items from Ulta. I ordered a few palettes and the shipment label was created on Nov 23 but the items didn't arrive to FedEx until 4 days later! It had my delivery date Dec 6 by end of day. With no warning or explanation as to why, my delivery date was changed on Dec 3 to Dec 11 by end of day instead of my original delivery date of Dec 6. Mind you, my package had arrived in my state & was only 2 hours away! My package has currently been sitting in a Fedex SmartPost location for 2 days & still has not departed from there. Still, it's only 2 hours away! Bh Cosmetics says on their website that shipping takes 2-8 days. The fact it took 4 days after the order was processed & shipment label was created before the parcels actually arrived at a FedEx location, it's been 13 days total. My new delivery date still isn't until the 11th! So unless you feel like waiting half a month or more for your item, don't order from Bh Cosmetics website. I've ordered from Morphe, Ulta & ColourPop with no issues & excellent shipping time! I would hate to order anything from them as a gift for a birthday or Christmas. You'd never receive it in time!!!

I ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and immediately after placing the order realized that it would not ship to my location before I left the country. There was no other option for 1 day shipping on the website. Therefore I contacted the company to be told that the shopping address could be changed after the items were processed. after receiving the email that they were processed I contacted the company again only to be told that that information was incorrect and I would have to have the package returned for payment to be credited. Needless to say the hotel still accepted the package with no other way of having it shipped to me. Thanks BH... you rock- NOT. Never ordering AGAIN.
Bad customer service // where's my product????
I ordered November 15 with a message saying my order was confirmed and it was processing. a week later, i assumed it was out for delivery and maybe it hasn't sent the shipping updates so i emailed them. customer service wasn't helpful (also almost rude in the way it was phrased..) and felt more like a computer response than a representative or anything like that. it's been a few weeks now and it's not tracking properly. sad because i actually LOVE the palette.
Unacceptable customer service/response time
I ordered ItsMYRayeRaye palette Nov. 7. A week later I called to check on my status because I had yet to receive it. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery!!!! Seriously. Fine. I waited. Finally I received notification that it delivered Nov. 24 by FedEx and was left at my front door with no signature requested. Mind you, I was home all Sat. Someone stole it. Today, Mon Nov. 26 I call customer service and explained what happened.Told me it would take up to a week to file a claim with FedEx and THEN they would decide whether I'd receive a refund or re-shipment. At this point, I'm upset and explained that that was ridiculous and that they should have gave me the option to request for a signature required so that it wouldn't be left at my front door. I would have just picked it up from the office no problem. Then I asked to just get it shipped to my office and they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL five dollars which was insane. It had to be re-shipped to same address that it was stolen from. I requested to have a signature required and not have it left at my door. At this point, I have to wait about another 2 to 3 weeks for a friggin palette. I will NEVER order from BH cosmetics again.
Will place future orders
I will be placing future orders for BH Cosmetics products simply because they do key things right off the bat that indicate their dedication to excellence. The packaging, the transparency with shipping, and the pricing. I’m sold based on those things. Can’t wait to see what else they have in store.
