If there was a negative star, beneathk.com would receive that from me. I had recently purchased a Mother Daughter Bracelet of which took over two months to receive. When I did receive, the jewelry looked nothing like the product I saw advertised which caused me to purchase. I reached out to BeneathK who said they would give me $4.00 US Dollars for not being happy with the product. I declined that as I felt that was a slap in the face. I sent them another email with my dissatisfaction and the responded but were un willing to send me a return label for a refund. Not being helpful forced me to contacting PayPal who completed the transaction. Round it off when I contacted PayPal I was charged $29.00 US dollars for the bracelets. The rep from PayPal could not find the purchase on my account. A further review of my account lead them to an amount of $39.00 US Dollars reflecting and additional up charge of $8.99 without my approval or knowledge. Once the dispute was filed with PayPal I received a response from PayPal stating that Beneathk would refund the full amount once they receive the returned bracelets. This means that I’m responsible for the shipping fee of which was $22.00 US Dollars. I called PayPal who advised they could not assist any further. I want consumers to know never to purchase anything from BeneathK because they are a sloppy, scamming company that thinks a well written response letter from them will get an un happy customer to reconsider . Well not me when their product looks like it was purchase from a quarter gum balls machine or a prize from an arcade redeeming counter. Shame on you Beaneathk.
