It’s a scam. I spent 180$ and withdrew around 90$ never got the money. Now I can’t login. It’s saying that it’s not available in my region, but it was ok to accept my money. I really do enjoy playing the game even I won’t win a game. Totally scam.

I downloaded Solitaire Revelry through MoneyLion and was supposed to receive a $200 redemption, but six weeks later I still have not been paid.

I invested a lot of my actual money into this app. In my experience, the app continually increases the cost of the solitaire games. It may start out with games that cost around $2 to enter, but once you pay for a more expensive game, the cheaper options seem to disappear or become unavailable. That makes it feel like the app is pushing players into higher and higher entry fees.

There is also a slot section, but the money from that area does not appear to be directly withdrawable. From what I experienced, you have to win it back through playing solitaire before you can redeem it, which makes the whole system feel even more manipulative and confusing.

Their support keeps going in circles. Sometimes they tell me the issue is being escalated to a processing team. Then later I get a random message saying the redemption was processed successfully, even though the money never arrived. Then the conversation times out, nothing gets resolved, and the whole process starts over again.

The app advertises VIP 24/7 support, but my experience has been repetitive, unhelpful responses that do not seem like real human assistance. After six weeks of being told different things with no actual payout, I do not trust this app’s redemption process.

I also contacted MoneyLion, since that is where I downloaded the app from, and they did not provide any meaningful support or help resolve the missing redemption either.

Players should be very cautious. A redemption being marked “successful” does not mean you will actually receive your money

The app won’t work since depositing money. The app (Bingo Rock) remains stuck and keeps requesting a zip code even though I’m in uk and only have postcode. PayPal state that the vendor says I’m using the app and closed the dispute. Please refund my money.

SCAM. I played a game from this company and even managed to get the 40€ required for deposid (I Just put in 20€) I went to checkout but after 1 day it was blocked and my account frozen because of suspect behavior. you can onlay talk to a bot and it wont help.

I played a different game from them and there the withdrawel worked and this also with a thrid game from them. I used freecash to get 20€ back for my 20€ deposit and luckily by that i havend made minus but still they owe me this money.

Scam apps. Will not stop until they are banned from the app stores.
They made up some lies about abnormal behavior on my account after I submitted a withdrawal. I deposited $30, I decided to cash out $50, they then canceled by withdrawal and took my money by forfeiting it. There’s no way for me to talk to a live customer service agent and I don’t know if I will be getting a refund for my original $30 deposit. Stay clear!! All the positive feedback is clearly fake and just a bunch of bots. Will be reporting to BBB and FTC

There’s no live human I can talk to, just a stupid bot, and when I ask to talk to a customer service agent I get responded with a prewritten response. This is highly illegal. Ran by a bunch of criminals. Quite literally stole my money and I haven’t received any refund. Have reported this app to the Apple Store. Hopefully his app and all the others ran by this fraud company will be taken down.

Scam, when you decide to withraw the money you won, you will get banned and accused for cheating, DONT PLAY ANY OF THEIR GAMES !!

I think it’s interesting that you have changed your approach to online gaming and how you clearly state that no money can be won playing your games online. I have a screenshot of the information that you provided stating that no money can be withdrawn from your games, I don’t think many people really read the terms and conditions before playing online games
