Purchased a necklace 1.5.22, payment debited 2.5.22 , transactions, the necklace was not stated as received by Royal mail on their tracking, 7.5.22 and obviously not delivered.Contacted Bibi bijoux, telephone, spoke to Ashley who was unable to resolve the issue/ delays.I do not recommend this seller , their customer service is not adequate , their jewellery tarnishes , necklace purchased previously not acceptable quality , still awaiting resolution 1 week later, Ashley said she would contact on Monday regarding the 'missing' parcel as they state parcel been despatched and they are not 'responsible for royal mail tracking' errors?Bibi bijoux use Royal mail as their courier , it is their responsibility to resolve asap and avoid unnecessary delays and inconveniences, payment debited 02.5.22, includes a shipping fee (1-5 business days) £3.99.
The 'tarnished' necklace is to be resolved on Monday too? Photographs were emailed to Bibi bijoux, taking a week for the seller to decide how to resolve .
Refund is appropriate, asap, for not delivered ( on time) , define business days - Saturday is a business day for sellers- not adequate as a jewellery ' seller'.
