Every time I call or email Bicton travel the service is friendly and professional and all my enquiries are answered and bookings and services are completed are in a timely manner. I have dealt with Adrian a few times and his service is always spot on. Great job Bicton Travel!

Cruise- Singapore to Seattle

when booking travel agent should…
when booking travel agent should discuss in detail the accommodation on the river cruise boats. They should not assume the client knows everything about their upcoming cruise.

I was unfortunate to be diagnosed with…
I was unfortunate to be diagnosed with advanced cancer just one week after I booked and paid for a cruise through Bicton Travel. There was a no refund/transfer condition applicable to my booking. With the help of an a lady agent I managed to secure a transfer to my brother and his wife for which I am very grateful as it may otherwise have been a total loss.
