Jess and Andrew worked hard to get our purchase over the line, giving prompts to solicitors to get things moving. They both went above and beyond on many occasions, being helpful, supportive, and available. Great customer service, with professionalism and humour.

A fantastic experience so far! Bidwells, particularly James Munro, have been very responsive, transparent, professional and personable throughout the journey of renting out my flat, making the process rather pleasant! You feel like you're in good hands and most importantly get a quick sense that Bidwells is not only championing landlords but also want tenants to have a good experience (vs. some horror stories you hear about the wild west of estate agents out there).

We had to find somewhere new to rent at very short notice, which of course made a stressful task even worse.

James at Bidwells was great: helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
