1 star is too much to give this company ...as per the majority of reviews left, placed order and transferred payment instantly in exact invoice amount, refrencing order number with all relevant details. Furthermore sent email with downloaded confirmation of payment to their bank account. Order status was at ' processing 'for almost a month before being cancelled advising no payment made. Numerous emails sent again with payment confirmation and never received a reply. Phone number provided constantly rings out. Currently seeking a charge back through revolute. Company is an absolute joke, how they are still operating is beyond me.

Placed an order in August, paid by Wise transfer in EUR. For some time the order remained marked as "unpaid" - I chased by email, and noted the order is now marked as paid, but there is ZERO communication from the seller about when my goods will ship. Avoid at all costs.

I made prepayment for order and they never sent anything or answer on mail or phone.
Its a scam WARNING!!

Ordered on the 6 of May and had part delivery today. The had great trouble with finding my payment by bank transfer despite using the correct instruction. The first two kegs arrived in sound condition. Looking forward to receive the last four.

Nonetheless I will order from them again.

Ware erst 4 Monate nach Vorab-Bezahlung erhalten. Keine Reaktion auf Emails und Kontaktformular der Webseite. Erst nach Widerruf der Ware per Einschreiben mit Bestätigung wurde der Einkauf versandt.

Ordered 3 Perfect Draft kegs and some cans, paid via Revolut and sent confirmation of my payment which included my reference and name but I’ve never received them nor any communication back from them other than emails stating I haven’t paid. When logging in to the account it says ‘being processed’ and when clicking on the order it says no payment there too. Don’t risk it, it’s not worth the stress and hassle and losing your hard earned money

Nach ein Monat, keine Waren erhalten. Keine Antwort, keine Reaktion per E-Mail.

Habe per Vorkasse bezahlt. Danach keine Reaktion vom Verkäufer, keine Versandbestätigung und im Kundenkonto steht auch nach 3 Wochen :"Noch kein Zahlungseingang" . Mehrere Kontaktversuche per Mail - keine Reaktion. Werde nun den Rechtsweg beschreiten.

I’ve been buying my perfect draft kegs from Daniel for over a year now at sensible prices. Follow the instructions include your reference number on your transfer & you’ll get a good service

Please don not waste your time or money, I placed an order in december and I still don’t have my order, despite many emails they have deliberately ignored my requests for either my order to be sent out or a full refund. I wish I had paid better attention to the negative feedback and not used the service. I certainly wont be recommending this company to someone else. I have no option but to seek a refund by taking legal action through my credit card company. They are just thieving and ignorant with no customer care. DO NOT USE THEM

I’ve had three orders from Bier Wein. I’ve found the service from them to be fantastic. Quick delivery all three orders within 5 days. I messed my 2nd order up and forgot to include my order ref number when I sent the payment, I emailed explaining this and received a call from Germany within the hour from Daniel reassuring me not to worry and they would fix it at their end. All kegs have had a long Best Before date. Great company.

very fluctuating quality and support does not reply to emails...

Disappointed at the lack of response to several emails and website contact forms sent to Bier Wein.

In my last order of five 5L mini-kegs there were two kegs of Kulmbacher that were definitely sub standard.

It seems as though Bier Wein have no interest in replying to my messages or doing anything about the bad bier.

I have placed many orders in the past but won't be ordering again until they sort out their customer service and reply to messages.

I just had my first delivery great service Great beers and long dates on the kegs. Quick delivery to the UK.

Fast delivery from Germany to U.K. and clear instructions how to pay using bank transfer; tho this does require the end user to remember to do things such as including invoice numbers and a like. 1/2 the price of the same product in the U.K.

2 orders made successfully. Great service took about a week to arrive. Bought 2 lots of 4 perfect draught kegs for way cheaper than in the UK.

I have had 3 deliveries from this firm. All in good time and without difficulty.
I have spoken to the owner (who speaks good English), so other reviews, claiming that contact is difficult seem to be wrong.
