I would not recommend this company at all. I paid £750 for a luxury party bus to take my friends to a few local wineries and was promised several amenities, including a TV, karaoke, cups, ice, and a bottle of prosecco. Unfortunately, none of these were provided, which completely ruined the experience.

On the day of our trip, an older vehicle arrived to take me and 12 friends on our outing. I was immediately told that the amenities, including the TV and karaoke, were not working — the very things you'd expect from a party bus. The vehicle itself was very run-down, and we were given just one bottle of cheap prosecco and a few plastic cups.

When I raised my concerns about the missing amenities, I was told that if I didn’t pay the remainder of the fee, they wouldn’t take us on our trip. This left me with no choice but to pay, or risk being stranded and losing half of the £750. I sent several emails to complain, but they were ignored by Tavin.

Essentially, I paid £750 for a taxi service, not a luxury party bus. This was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. There are plenty of other options out there with far better service. I will be pursuing this through small claims. Very poor service overall.

The company has not refunded money paid to them which the agreed to pay back. They have stopped responding to messages. Do not pay them anything until you are 100% they will deliver.

Absolutely awful service. I booked a party bus with anything for hire for my 40th who outsourced the services to Big Baller Bus. The party bus did not turn up or even call to say it wasn’t turning up. If I hadn’t of called to find out where the bus was, I would have not known that the party bus wasn’t going to turn up. I had guests come to my house especially to drive into London for my birthday celebrations but instead, we had to make last minute plans to make our way to the train station and we were late for my birthday booking in London. Having spoken to Big Baller Bus on the phone, they apologised and promised to refund my money and to send a complimentary car to collect us from the venue seeing as they had let me down. However, when we went to request a collection, I was told that the manager wouldn’t authorise a collection and that I’d got my money back so that’s the best they could do, despite having promised a collection to make up for ruining my celebration.

Having ruined my birthday by not sending the bus I had booked months previously and then getting my hopes up about a collection, it was just disappointment after disappointment. This had been booked months in advance. Absolutely appalling service and a total anticlimax for what should have been a really amazing day. Avoid like the plague!

Can highly recommend this company. Their customer service and everything from start to finish cannot be matched. Thank you so much.

Do not order from this company - I paid for a party bus and it didn’t show.

I ordered a party bus for a stag do and paid £650. The bus didn’t turn up. Save your money or order through a different company. I have asked for a refund, sending screenshots for evidence, and they have not responded. I will be taking legal action. Again, save your money or order through a different company.

UPDATE: This company had to refund me the money after going through small claims.

Do not use this company! It seems to be a fraud/scam company acting in connection with other booking agents to take booking deposits (via agencies) and then cancel the booking days before with no refunds.

Great service, lovely car. Driver Jay was punctual and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and without hesitation would book again.

We had such a great experience with you guys. I have to admit I was a bit worried about being scammed as we had to give 50% deposit by bank transfer upfront, but the Bentley partycar arrived on time, lovely driver, lights, TV’s, karaoke, bubbles and cut glasses. We had a single pickup for 6 girls from Hampshire, then a multi drop on the way home. The communication on WhatsApp was great, always answered promptly, I would 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again when we book Mama Mia the Party at the O2. Thank you for making our evening so special!!

The bus was beautiful and driver was amazing and understanding. The only thing is I got really car sick so didn’t get to enjoy everything but if you don’t get car sick this is really worth it.

Not what we wanted for our daughters 18th celebration. Horrified, dirty and unroadworthy van with 3 chips/ cracks to the driver windscreen then tried to convince us they happened the day before! Driver was nice but he didn’t have the full details and took the teenagers to the wrong restaurant! Even the driver said we paid more than we should have! Beware of this company. I recently booked this as a surprise for my cousins wedding & from start to finish they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The booking process was seamless, even after I had incorrectly given them the pick up post code - nothing was too much hassle for our driver Taran. I have already recommended them to others and wouldn’t think twice about using them or recommending them again!

Had an excellent,fab and fun time in our bus for my daughters hen do. Chris our driver was absolutely lovely. Communication beforehand was amazing and very helpful. The bus was brilliant. Lovely and clean too.
I cannot recommend highly enough. Totally worth the money and a fabulous company, superb customer service.
I will definitely use again next time I need one.

From start to finish this company has been amazing!! All of my enquiries were answered quickly and efficiently by Talvin. Booking was easy. The ride itself was perfect - courteous driver and luxury vehicle - a great way to travel to London. Will definitely be recommending and using again if the need arises.

From my initial query and prompt responses, this company go above and beyond. An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish and our driver Ersan was very attentive. A very pleasant gentleman indeed. He made sure we knew where everything was on our journey and we had an incredible time. Will most certainly recommend to anyone and would defo use again.
