Good customer service

I am really happy with Big Basket's products and services. The delivery is always on time and the quality of the products is really good. I especially like the organic fruits and vegetables. If there are any problems with the products, the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Big Basket to others.

Very bad experience.

I have ordered an Organic Multigrain Atta along with the other products. I have received the other products on time on the very next day. However, the Organic Multigrain Atta was due to delivered after 2 days. On the delivery date, the delivery person didn't call me and cancelled my order without even my consent at all and mentioned in the reason that the address is not locatable. If the other products were delivered on time at the same address then how the same address can be incorrect. Also, when I called the customer care, they said the next slot is available after 2 days. Such an inconvenience not expected from BB. Very bad experience I had.

Bigbasket, striving to be the worst online grocery service ever and succeeding. Should be avoided like Corona Virus or modern day plague

They deserve negative rating. That's how horrible they are. I have shopped a few times and am always frustrated at having to deal with this company. But I go back to give them another chance but alas, they just don't seem to be learning. I paid for my latest order and just a couple of hours before delivery, i get an eamil saying half my order is not available. If you dont have the stuff dont put it on your website for people to buy. Is the concept of inventory management foreign to the m@r@ns working at bigbasket??Also in the past, their items are often underweight (veggies and bakery items), stale, or sometimes even rotten. They are very prompt at charging you extra even for 3 grams of extra veggies while the items they send are sometimes even 50gms to 100 gms underweight. They don't apologize because they just dont care. Most of their items are priced higher than other grocery stores . The novelty of shopping at bigbasket is that they do have gourmet products. But the hassle is just not worth it!!. Never again!!

Unreliable service ever

Such a pathetic online app I have ever used. My 1st express delivery order was cancelled without any prior intimation or notification,just a cancel msg was sent after 6 hrs from placing the order.right when my guests where on the table.When I called the customer care,initially they gave me a lame excuse that the no. Couldn't be reached,later they informed that they aloted a hub which is far from my location if I place my order again and wait for another 6-8 hrs I may get my order. They don't have any professionalism or ethics

Expired Pepper Sauce supplied …

On 04 Sep we received our monthly supplies. We found supplied Pepper Sauce had expired 2 months back. I informed Big Basket. Received a stereo type reply saying we have escalated the issue and will revert
Even after 4 reminders we did not receive and satisfactory response. Their attitude is what a big deal if we have supplied expired food product. It happens
For us it is a horrible experience and will not place any more order on BB. This is absolutely breach of trust and lack of professionalism. Till today 28 sep complaint pending

Big basket support team isn’t…

Big basket support team isn’t professional and even after several requests for early delivery they keep saying can’t prepone the order. I’ve been using bigbasket for a long time now and have asked for early delivery only once this time and they can’t help on that. Customer satisfaction is very very bad and your services are very poor. Hence I’m rating your app 1 star

Pathetic service and customer support

I'm BB customer for more than 10 yrs. Of late their ordering system is inefficient and call centers don't offer any support whatsoever. We have not able to place order for more than 1.5 months now. Every time we raise complaint there is no resolution. We are frustrated and moving on to other grocery delivery platforms...

Poor service.The token system does not…

Poor service.The token system does not work.When one starts shopping, you are asked to collect a token to get in a queue for when you can place your order.Finally was able to get a token.Received email and text a week later to say that I could place my order.Tried to check out but was asked to collect token again!Complete farce!

I have placed order with big basket and whatever I have not it is found that they don't have a stock and they have Putin unnecessary items in the adjusted my payment to towards what unnecessary things and send raw vegetables which cannot be used very very bad experience

Very bad experience as the order placed is cancelled with there expertise of not planned delivery, still they are not paying the amount. I have raised complaint 6198446779, but no use , they are dumb guys don't know how to delivery when they given a schedule for me

Very Poor service and Harassment of regular customers

No counting of the selected items is done. Delivery people start unloading the items in full speed, like Cow's Grass Sacks. They do not even give customers a chance to ask then about the total no. of items.

.... Now, in the name of Covid, payment is being taken at the time of order by BigBasket, so that they do not come in to burden of payment after delivery. But, does that mean they will behave like this ?

..... as a result, already 2-3 times, Items were found Missing.

Pls be Alert & Save Ur time n Money ⚠️

super convenient to shop with bigbasket

super convenient to shop with them. punctual delivery.
25% savings on an average. all products available at single stop so no need to go to different places to buy different items. saves me 4 to 5 hours in shopping every week and saves money also , as I hate to bargain with vendors.
