I would give zero stars if I could. I had winnings from a bonus. So in order to withdraw the winnings I had to make a min deposit of my own money using crypto. Which I did, but before I even made the deposit I asked what other documents they would require to verify my account and was told none and that my account is verified.
Which I took as them meaning all security checks have been completed.
So I go ahead and make the deposit then do a withdrawal request.
This is when I start having problems. First it was an issue of it taking 2-3 business days for the withdrawal to be approved due to security checks and other excuses. But I thought my account was already verified.
Any way after three days they approved my withdrawal and now I'm being given the run around about it going to take another 2-3 business before I will receive payment. Never mind the fact that it has already been four days since they approved my request. The problem is that their payment processor do not operate on the weekend.

So it has already been six days since I did my withdrawal request and as I'm writing this review I still haven't been paid and the support team are of no help in regards to advising on exactly when payment can be expected.
All this after their finance team told me I can expect payment in 24hrs after they approved my withdrawal it had been four days and still I have not been paid.
