You have to be the slowest company ever in delivering orders!!!!!!!!! Which is disappointing, unpredictable and quite upsetting when you pay good money for such slow delivery. Just stupid

Hey Tanya! We appreciate your very kind words about the 3rd party shipping that we use. You placed your order on Valentines Day (which fell on a Saturday and we are not open on Saturdays and Sundays). Your order was shipped out first thing on Monday morning when we were all back in the office and then dropped off for shipment that afternoon. As you can see from the information below, the shipping label was created Monday morning at 9:15AM. We open at 9 on Monday. With that being said, once the package makes it on to a truck, it is out of our hands and things like weather, location, staffing for postal service jobs all come in to play.
We apologize that your order is taking some time to get to you, but this has nothing to do with how quickly our team takes care of it. This is actually the very first complaint (IN 10 YEARS!!!) about the speed of our service.

So i finally got my 2nd order so I know now my first 1 got stolen ... I would have done 5 stars after the 2nd got fixed but customer service did blow me off the very first time and looked at the 2nd order not the first... I will order again though but always to my dad's
