I have found every purchase a really good fit and good quality and most of deliveries have been really quick and to be fair prices take some beating

wrinkles!! I bought several shirts, the look great, but after 1 wash (I never wear anything new without washing) they came out of the washing machine very wrinkled so I air dried on hangers hoping the weight would take out some of the wrinkles, but no luck, still very wrinkled so I put them all through another full rinse cycle and tried drying the on wrinkle free setting and they came out worse than before. The button down area has like a 1 1/2 inch extra fabric that is not sewn down so the was the worst part of the wrinkling on the shirts. I really don't like ironing and most stuff these days is wrinkle free so I guess I will have to donate these to someone who does not mine ironing. Not returning because it was my fault for not checking.

The garment I purchased was perfectly sized , a great fit and great value for money.

I returned a partial order and asked just to exchange for a different size, they don't do exchanges, keep your receipts or you won't get a refund. I had problems with the stitching on the T-shirts and the pyjamas.
The returned items were not lost in the return process as I have emails stating you received both shipments. Those are what I was sending when I couldn't find the receipt for the first shipment.

Delivery is very quick and the quality of the clothing is excellent. I have used big dude a few times now and the own brand clothes are accurately sized. If I had to criticise something I would comment that I am a little shorter than average so would appreciate it if there was an option to have their shirts about 3 inches shorter

Dad was thrilled with his new 6XL shirts. Gives him more room for him to comfortably be moved now he’s bed bound, & are much easier for the carers to dress him. He has always been smartly dressed & loves the variety & quality of them. Thanks for such a prompt & accurate service.

Achtung passt auf diesen Laden auf. Bei Rücksendung muss man sein Geld hinter her laufen . Man erwartet das man auf das Geld 4 Wochen warten soll. Deshalb wird jetzt das Geld zurück gebucht. Bestellt bloß wo anders

I am very dissatisfied with the service of Bigdude. The quality of the clothes is terrible, the sizes are wrong. I ordered a size 6XL, but they sent me an 8XL. Their excuse is a "labeling error", but the item is physically too big. It is clearly an 8XL, not the size I paid for.
To make matters worse, there were major shipping issues because they did not give the courier my full address, which caused unnecessary delays and stress.
Their customer service is "one-sided". They admit their labeling errors, but refuse to give free refunds to overseas customers, expecting me to pay for their incompetence. They do not listen to the customer and do not offer any real solutions. Avoid this store unless you are buying from the UK - if they make a mistake, you will have to pay for it.

As a regular customer the process of buying on the website was quick and hassle free.The prices are good value the quality is good.The cloths wash and wear well

Some of the sizes were not the sizes that I ordered. I ordered 5xl underwear, 3 packs (1-5xl; 1-4xl; 1-6xl: is what I received instead)
