Purchased a few packs of bamboo boxer shorts....over £100. Had them for a couple of months and 2 pairs have already gone in the bin. One pair the material has already worn through and holes have appeared in the seating areas and the second pair are falling apart on the coloured band around the waist line.... won't be purchasing any more.!!

Shorts purchased were of very thick , hard-wearing cotton. Unfortunately a lot of the stitching is substandard.ie, the waistband parted company from the rest of the garment after the threads unravelled. Will not purchase again.

Ordered items on next day and didn't get them so emailed them they weren't very helpful. So they refunded £1 the difference between next day standard delivery, bit of a piss take as needed goods for a wedding. Won't use them again as they broke the rules on distance selling.

I wanted so badly to leave a better review. But I just can't. I ordered over $200 worth of shirts and one pair of pants in a variety of different sizes just to find which fit me best. Simply put only ONE shirt out of about 15 fit. The 4xlt was like wearing a dress so I figured I'd wash them to have them shrink. They didn't shrink. I wanted to return them because they were too long but to my luck THEY CANT RETURN SINCE THE TAG WAS REMOVED. Even though it was not worn they still could not return or exchange because of the missing tag. The other dress shirts I bought were 3xlt and the fit great but were a tad long so again I thought I'd was them, well they shrunk about 2 sizes in length and now they won't even go below my stomach. Again to my luck they can't RETURN BECAUSE OF NO TAG. I am only leaving 2 stars because the one shirt that fit me that didn't shrink, is my favorite shirt. The one pair of jeans I ordered were also 2 sizes to small. I ordered 42's and they measured out to about a 38. I had so much hope for this online store and finally thought I found a place to shop for clothes that actually fit me and I could wear more than once. I may try again in the future just to hope I find a shirt like the one out of 15 I purchased. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T TAKE THE TAG OFF AND DONT WEAR OUT OR WASH. EVEN ONCE, THEY WON'T ACCEPT IT.

They cancelled my order 15 mins after it was placed. There’s no explanation as to why. They don’t respond to emails. Or to Facebook messages. There’s no phone number

checked everything and it all fits nicely, goods are happily worth the money and quality seems fine, I particularly like the big parka I bought which was too hot as soon as I tried it on. Also delivered on the Saturday I requested. BUT
They use Royal Mail (which at least is better than Evri) "tracked" - didn't get a message till 1pm telling me delivery was from 2pm - 7pm by which time I had waited all morning. Why didn't I use the tracker? Because it wasn't working (please try again later) all day! It NEVER works!!! THEN when I got the package it was completely open across the whole of the pack, but luckily nothing had fallen out because the big parka had got in the way.
In my opinion, particularly as it's now owned by a scandinavian, the least we can do is take away the "royal" - they are absolute cowboys.

My Parcel came quite quickly it was a gift. He seemed to like it. Always good quality and very well made . True to size and I would imagine it to wash and wear really well. I’ve bought things for my sons as well and they always seem to like what they’ve had.

Before I wore them, I washed them.

Some of them had rip spots after I washed them.
