I ordered lightweight shorts for my husband, he is very fussy about material etc so I didn’t hold out much hope! He is currently wearing a pair of the shorts which he loves, they are genuinely lightweight and the sizing was perfect, two t-shirts were also spot on. Easy ordering online, speedy delivery and good pricing, will definitely order again.

Terrible Customer service.

I ordered joggers, they sent them to the wrong address and the carrier put in a "safe place" that safe I can't get them.

Now I'm out of pocket and no joggers, Big Dude refuse to refund or send new joggers.

Also I bought a pack of their t-shirts, they are cheap crap that shrink in the wash, I just put these down to experience and tried to buy more joggers as I liked them.

I'd stay away if I were you, use Built Different, better service and better quality clothing.

I genuinely don't understand what's going on with this company. Every purchase I make is automatically refunded around 10 minutes later, and I receive no explanation whatsoever.
I've emailed several times to ask why this keeps happening, but I've never had a reply. No one contacts me, and there is no attempt to resolve the issue or explain what's happening.
If this is a fault with their ordering system, they're potentially losing a lot of genuine business. If there's another reason, customers deserve to be told rather than being left completely in the dark.
Very disappointing customer service and communication. I would happily update this review if someone from the company finally explained what the issue is.

Clothes are good some sizes can be a bit iffy if need something quick order different sizes and send back ones u don't need

You would be hard pushed to fault the quality of the goods and the excellent size range. Their customer care and response is very good and the packaging also.
Their week point is the use of the royal mail and their failing service. Having previously had a parcel failed to be delivered and returned as royal mail could not find the address despite leaving a card to tell me so😂😔 and foyer having royal mail letters on display.
Now my parcel delivery was going to be this morning, didn't turn up and they have changed it for this evening up to 7.00pm. So my one day off is spent waiting for the royal mail. 🤐😡
