Shocking website, not sure if it’s legit!
Tried to buy Blue and Red Titanic cats, got through the checkout, converted to shop pay and it then sent me to the back of the queue. Such a dreadful customer experience, i won’t ever but from them again. Soooooo angry……

This was the third time we attempted to buy a limited edition Pet Simulator X plushie, the very second it was "dropped." Each time, we watched the countdown. Each time, it was added to cart and checkout began as fast as humanly possible. Each time, their Shopify store gave an estimated wait time to checkout, along with a warning not to refresh the page to insure the place in line. Each time, we thought we actually had a chance. This time, shortly after the estimated time to checkout was "less than a minute", the screen changed to "Inventory Issues, some items are no longer available"; we only had the one Titanic Red Balloon Cat Plush in the cart. Once again, sold out in less than a second. I work with eCommerce websites all day long, so I understand a bit about online shops. The first and second time, I just chalked it up to bad luck. At this point, it is quite obvious that Big Games IO is allowing automated systems (Bots) to make purchases, and they don't care. They know that some of those who were willing to shell out $250 today, will now be willing to pay even more on ebay. A few minutes before today's "drop" the site was password protected, perhaps the password was given to YouTube promoters and/or their friends with ebay stores to get a jump on the general public. Hopefully, this review will serve as a warning to those willing to shell out these absurd amounts of money, to NOT get their hopes up. In reality, what else should one expect from this creator.

My son continually has issues with these games. People scamming kids and when you try to reports it NO ONE gets back to you! We also bought pet simulator X toys for codes and the codes are a scam… they do not work!!! It just says the code is disabled!! The code itself is not even clear!! Such a WASTE of money and will be retuning to Target asap!!! DO NOT invest unless you like throwing away money!!

Only care about pet simulator and not Paintball. Hackers all the time in Paintball and instead of hiring moderators that are experienced with paintball, they hire 17 year olds that play pet sim to moderate…..HIRE PAINTBALL MODS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I purchased a plushie in the 21st Nov. It never arrived. I've sent over 30 emails to this company and nothing waited 2 hours on live chat support ignored me. That was my sons main xmas present. They have ignored me over twitter. I've now had to go through my bank. Dont use this company at all.

Just bought a 2 egg mystery pack for pet simulator x and the code says it has been used before - we scratched to reveal the code so this is not possible - £10 of my 9 year olds own money and no way to complain,

Purchased a huge pet during the christmas launch Dec 2022. Money was removed from my account, but no confirmation email or text message was ever received and company is impossible to reach via any support channels.

It was 41c in London today and we don't have air conditioning.

We got your order and emailed you the server link. No one came in so after 15 minutes people went into lobby where cooler.

30 minutes later we got your email that no one was in server so we went online and you were given your gems.

Not sure why you left this review when you have your item. Also were a people company. No Robots Allowed

By far the worst customer experience ever. i will not spend one extra penny on them. Randomly delete exclusive pets from the bank( clean pets i bought with robux) Don't protect you when you trade your clean pets for duped ones(video proof was sent to them) and when you complain on their discord server you get banned.

It is quite sad and concerning the security issues surrounding this game. I spent a great deal on Robux to purchase exclusive pets for my son only to trade for a “duped” huge pet that disappears the next day. Kids in chat distraught at loosing pets as hackers “duped pets”. Really is pointless spending money on Robux and shameful the game does not take action or warn of risk and impact on childrens mental health when playing PET SIMULATOR!

I order 2 plushies for my kids on March 15th and never received them. My kids are sad about this. Can someone please reach out to me about this
