Our aim is simple: to offer truly wonderful experiences in truly exceptional houses, for groups of friends and families. We have curated our fabulous collection of large houses to rent with great care. Each and every house has been hand-picked with those truly wonderful experiences in mind. All have oodles of space, luxury as standard, and unique features that add the ‘wow’ factor.
We’re a family business. It started with just the two of us; husband and wife duo, Gareth and Claire Allen. We’re developing a team of lovely like-minded people around us as we grow, who will make sure we never lose that family business feel. And that means we’ll never lose that level of personal service that our wonderful guests have come to love.

Pengarth Castle
We (an extended family of 29 adults and children) stayed at Pengarth Castle over Easter week. The experience was wonderfu,l and the accommodation perfect and to the highest stabndard. We found the agents helpful and efficient throughout.

Wow at Tregulland
Wow! There are not enough superlatives to describe our stay at Tregulland Cottage and Barn. For the weekend we stayed with our extended family including children and grandchildren and then just great grown ups for the rest of the week. This set up worked really well for us. The children enjoyed the extensive grounds, the playground, the treasure trail, the toys and the POOL, as did the adults and yes we did go down the slide and do the treasure trail when they had gone. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchens, the comfortable beds with super linen, towels and robes, the food delivery service from Vicki and the huge dining table. Communication was great and all the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was definitely the favourite amongst all the guests and is incredible. So clean and refreshing and the perfect temperature. Despite the weather everybody commented on a wonderful relaxing stay and are keen to return. Thank you.

An excellent house for our party
An excellent house for our party. We would like to make a few comments - Kitchen good, equipment not ideal for us. No milk jug, mugs large and too chunky, drinks fridge would be good.
All the ensuites need toilet roll holders.
Our room -with wet room ensuite . the door would not shut. The plug in the basin did not work.
Croquet lawn needs mowing and fewer dandelions.

The house was very well equipped for a…
The house was very well equipped for a large group there was 17 people in total. We had an amazing time plenty to do. Lovely view from the main bedroom looking out across the garden. Would definitely recommend it. Was really lovely to relax and unwind. Snooker room was a big hit with the men. Also a lovely big swimming pool.

Exceptionally large property
Exceptionally large property, well maintained and extremely clean. Kitchen very well equipped with the almost necessary two dishwashers. Dining room had a regal feel and was furnished to high standard.
Grounds were large and flat area beside garden room was more than adequate for kids playing.
Overall an excellent property, situated towering over Keswick with the centre 15 minutes walk. For dog owners, a large park virtually opposite was ideal for early morning exercise.

A second wonderful stay at Tall Trees
A second wonderful stay at Tall Trees. A family group with ages from 5 months upwards, everyone had a great time. The pool and football pitch a big hit. The house and garden are both beautiful and comfortable. We hope to be back for a 3rd visit

White Gable House Exeter
White Gable House was amazing. My large family and I stayed for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday and the location was perfect. With rooms to accommodate 16 people we all had plenty of space to spread out and the Swimming pool, hot tub, games room and cinema room were a massive hit for us all, no one wanted to come home

Olive House is excellent
The service, as always, was seamless in organising the house. And Olive House in an excellent house. Private, peaceful and beautifully maintained. All of the 10 bedrooms were fantastic and extremely comfortable. The facilities are wonderful - swimming pool, tennis, sauna, jacuzzi, pool table etc, and a superb BBQ area great for entertaining. Would definitely return.
