Big Rig Tax completed the task. I think this whole IRS racket is shameful. There should be no need to pay a third party to electronically forward information and payment to the IRS.
We have used Big Rig Tax multiple times and each time if I have questions they respond right away and I love that they give us discounts to file with them

You may pay the heavy vehicle tax due to the IRS using a Credit or Debit card on the IRS Tax Payment Page.
