Can't recommend Big Slice highly enough. Booked for my daughter's 18th birthday party as she didn't want a boring buffet. Everyone loved it, food was great and added a bit of fun. They just kept churning out pizzas for 2 hours which was perfect as her friends arrived over the evening so it was always fresh whenever they turned up. The team were really friendly and Marcus was very professional to deal with, very helpful in answering questions pre booking and there on the night too. Would definitely use again!

We used Big Slice for the eve of our wedding, and we were really impressed, they churned out excellent pizza and made sure that everyone had enough, they even boxed up the extra pizzas after everyone was full and left us with them incase anyone wanted pizza after they left. They were also really friendly and professional.

Came into our work today and was fantastic!! Best qaulity pizza ive ever had..homemade feel but professional look and tatse. Wish i could have them in the garden. Awesome

A big thank you to Marcus for helping make our Ruby Anniversary event in Yateley, Hampshire such a great day.

The pizzas, garlic bread, chips and salad were lovely - our guests commented on how good the food was, and there was plenty of it - we ended up taking some home with us as we were all so stuffed !!

Marcus is a great communicator and nothing was too much hassle, particularly as he had to deal with some of our guests who had certain dietary requirements.

It was great that he also turned up early for the event, which took a great weight off our shoulders, particularly as he had along journey from Birmingham.

In summarising I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus for any event in the future.

The guys were brilliant, they arrived on time, set up without any fuss, very pleasant and professional, just checking with us where we wanted them and then got on quietly and efficiently with their prep. When they were ready to start their service they worked tirelessly through the session interacting with our guests with friendly comments and all the guests thought they were brilliant. The pizzas were really delicious in 5 different flavours to suit all our guests’ tastes and at the end of the session, they provided the left-over pizzas to us wrapped on foil dishes.
Highly recommended, we couldn’t have chosen better.

I cannot recommend Big Slice (and Marcus) enough after he catered for my dad's birthday party. We opted for the buffet option and it went like a dream. The pizzas are really very good (I'm a snob) and if you don't choose the chips as a side, you're a fool - they're a culinary sensation.

Marcus arrives and leaves like a ninja, barely noticeable. Communication was easy and friendly before the event and we didn't need to choose our pizzas until a few days before. He even brought gluten-free dough for one guest. I'm just annoyed that I didn't take a photo of the food and how much people were enjoying it – aged 2 to 80, they were all tucking in. Marcus boxed up the spares at the end of the serving period, but they didn't last long.

All told, a perfect piece of catering. I'm already thinking of holding another party just so we can have him back.

Brilliant. Great communication prior to the event, good price, arrived well within time and were well able to set up with no input from us. Lovely food, well cooked, which went down very well with our 120 hungry guests.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcus and Big Slice pizza. 110% fantastic.

Flawless from start to finish, excellent communication, gorgeous pizza at a great price. My team loved the buffet and are nagging me constantly to book the next date.

The best pizzas I’ve ever tried, fantastic service and the friendliness team to help.

Big Slice were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and the guests flocked to the stall like locusts. The Pizzas were awesome.
I'd definitely recommend.

Communication was great up to the event. And we were looking forward to having Big Slice there (I even initially posted a positive review in anticipation)
But the actual event was very disappointing, the staff were rude to our guests, numerous times. We booked an unlimited pizza event for a wedding, however, they ran out of Pizza when a quarter of the people had not yet had any pizza.
We booked a 3-hour booking, and they packed up over 1 hour before the end of the agreed serving time.
To really rub salt into the wound, they turned people away when they were cooking a final pizza - when asked, they answered that this pizza was for them.
The pizza was good, but the service and experience were not.
(Upon reflection, I appreciate that the cost of everything has gone up. And if it had been the case that the cost was pushed up so that they were no longer going to make any money from the booking - all it would have taken was a phone call to explain and manage our expectations or see if we could contribute more to the booking, but this didn't happen. However, this does not justify the staff being rude to our guests.)

Fast and positive response to my pre-event questions. I have yet to have the event, but I have full confidence it will go well.
