Received an email stating my plate had shipped yet over a week later it hadn’t arrived and the evri tracking only updated to having received parcel 8 days later. Hardly the delivery estimates claimed on the website.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service ! They delivered my plate to the cafe next door, who I don’t get on with as people keep parking on my drive and they refuse to do anything about it. Consequently, anything addressed to me that goes through their door will go in the bin ! I emailed them to tell them this and that they owe me another plate, total SILENCE !!! Do not use this company ! They may blame Evri but in the end they are to blame and should solve the problem.

Plate was delayed in the post but not their fault. They had no hesitation is sending replacements to me. Decent quality for the price, would certainly recommend.

I went with a hybrid bolt-and-tape approach on to my Evotech tail tidy and after careful measuring to ensure I wasn't going to drill through the reg numbers I got a perfect result.

Ordering before 2pm and paying £9.99 postage does not guarantee next day delivery although all advertising and the page with a count down clock implies this is the case -the excuse is the delivery company -really if they arent doing what you are advertising find a different delivery company or stop advertising next day delivery and charging £9.99

1st time ordering with Bikeplatesdirect and a good positive order throughout. They went the extra to re-make a 2nd set of plates and send off as a priority delivery due to the courier having issues getting the original plates delivered to me. Recommended and I'll be ordering again in the future.

Really helpful customer service, had an issue with one of the two plates i ordered, contacted customer service and within 24 hours i had 2 new plates at my front door. Plates are great quality and dont burn a hole in your pocket. Will definitely be using again!
