Honesty. Great product. Ease of assembly. Best bike for the buck.

The online chat was quick and actually really informative and helpful before and after the purchase. And the purchase itself was hassle free and quick.

We ordered the 20 inch polygon premier bike for my sons 7th birthday after a failed bike purchase from another big box store failed miserably on his first ride out.
We have been so incredibly happy with the quality, customer service, packaging from shipping and his experience on the bike. We will definitely be a returning customer for our girls!

The bike is great, I've used it for more than a month and I'm really happy, the shipping time is fine. The only negative is the customer service response time. but in general I'm happy with my order and I'm considering buy another bike for my wife.

The Bikesonline team responsiveness was okay within 24 hours of raising tickets. However, dealing with their chosen logistics partner was an absolute nightmare.

The reality is once the bike is shipped, ownership and blame become someone else's problem. And dealing with this overseas was really frustrating.

The tracking numbers are not working. No one knew where the bike was. Being told the bike would be delivered and arranged for someone to be home, and the bike never turned up for days and into weeks.

Then finding out finally that the logistics company doesn't deliver to our area, so it was now someone else's problem - a 3rd party to the 3rd party FFS.

The bike never turned up, so I had to drive to the 3rd party's logistics depo to collect the bike myself, while the lazy depot staff sat in the air-con, telling me that I couldn't unbox there as his skip was full. Laxy attitudes, lazy experience.

Never again.

Trustpilot asked me for the date of the experience. I have too many dates to enter.

Bike is great and easy to assemble. The only difficulty we’re the brakes which tended to get off balance after braking which caused it to rub on the wheel.

Excellent experience. Bike arrived very quickly and had a nice tool set to get it assembled. assembly and safety check of all bolts, brakes, etc took maybe 20 minutes.

I bought a very expensive bike from bikes online that was spec'd with great Maxxis tires. When it arrived, however, the tires were not Maxxis, but some weird off brand that is much cheaper. I asked bikes online customer service for help in getting the correct spec (the one that was advertised on their site), but they basically told me to deal with it.

Its been two weeks, and this still isn't resolved. Very disappointed in the bait and switch.

Loved the way the program led me select a bike for me.

I did a lot of research leading up to the purchase of my D6. The quality, value and experience have been an easy recommendation to friends.

Thank you for not asking crazy price for a bike that is good quality as any of known brands.

I ordered a Polygon Siskiu D5 back at the last day of December 2022. I tried it out and made me realize that i wanted a differenr bike. I messaged customee support and they got back to me right away. Sent me a video on how to repack the bike properly and gave me a full refund after 10 days which helped me get another bike the Polygon Siskiu T8 and i'm very happy with it. Bikesonline.com under promised and over delivered. I would definitely get some more bikes from them!

Excellent service. Excellent product. Ordered and delivered rapidly despite being right in the middle of the Christmas rush. The bike, a "2022 Polygon Premier XC 24 inch Kids Bike - Green" which my 10 year old daughter LOVES is a beautiful high-quality mountain bike we got for $250 ($200 off). The craftsmanship and build were flawless. The instructions were easy to follow (for putting on pedals, handlebars and front wheel). The bike rides great. Brakes work perfectly right out of the box. Derailleur shifts and works perfectly right out of the box. It's very smooth, nothing rubs... nothing was damaged in shipping... it's just perfect. BikesOnline's review of the product was also spot on in my opinion — they said it was the best one and I agree.

It was not a good experience at all because I received the wrong product, however the support was very good and finally I got my bike and I really enjoy it now.

Fantastic way to buy a bike and bikes online is the only way to go this was my second with them
