All from Pakistan running scams from UAE. They can’t speak English properly. They trap by offering 50% discount. You will see money in your account and will ask to deposit cash in their business account( Again a trap) no way to get money back. In next 14 days money is reverted.

I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print. Saved me $380 but I had to pay $154 for it. 🙄 Never using this company again, what a rip off. (I did NOT come out ahead, I ended up owing money to another company, that response is ridiculous, your fees are INSANE)

Customer Service is awesome. They have saved me a lot of money in the past. I think their fees are a bit high.

Raised fees without notice and when I attempted to cancel the service there is no way to do so without contacting customer service. No record of invoices, nothing useful in my account on their website.

It's lazy and deceptive and shouldn't automatically negotiate your bill each year without confirmation. You have to OPT OUT vs Opting IN, especially when the fees had gone up. Also had snarky email communication with customer service which is likely because they receive quite a lot of complaints due to their shady practices. While it's not illegal it's deceptive at best. Caveat Emptor
