used a new lawn mower 2 times. The braking lever broke. After trying to get a replacement lever, the company basically said" too bad" no parts are available. Strongly advise to not buy from them.

This is great. I received it, put it together in a few minutes since It was minimal assembly, put the oil and mixed gas in and within minutes I got to use it. I thought it was going to take me several hours to cut a tree on my mothers lawn but it actually took me about 20-25 minutes to cut into pieces. I was just going to try it but since it was cutting so good I decided to finish the job.

Super easy to assemble and operate@ The chipper's instructions are clear, and the visuals help a lot. After running several branches through it, we noticed the chip size is pretty fine. It's perfect for smaller jobs, but I do recommend wearing protective gloves and long sleeves to stay safe during use. We're definitely happy with this purchase.

This chipper is amazing for our small farm! It's simple to put together and works efficiently. We've used it to process various branches and even vines without any issues. It does struggle with very green or wet wood, so we make sure to give it some time to dry. Overall, the performance and ease of use have ben fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone with a lot of garden waste.

Very suprised with the power and ease of use. Works the best when pull back. Really digs well in that scenario. I had to redo a pretty bad area in my back yard. Went through everyrhing and turned the soil over nicely. Was able to rake and seed at that point. Works well as a dethatcher. Leave the wheels down and let it go across questionabale areas of the lawn. Pulls up most weeds and dead grass.

The delivery was incredibly fast, and the chipper exceeded my expectations! The build quality is sturdy, and the attention to detail is evident. The instructions were straightforward, making assembly a breeze.

I had purchased 2 of the( BILT HARD 125,000 BTU Forced Air Propane Heater) when they were on sale that was cheaper with free shipping (FED-EX)
than anything I have found on the Internet. I use them in my shop for heat when I am in their working. I was surprised at the high quality
of the propane heaters at this price expecting them to be cheaply made. They outperformed others that cost twice as much and put out
the same amount of heat at the 125,000 BTU.

On one of the units, I have had a very small, tiny propane leak at the crimp on the hose at the regulator. I sent customer service pictures of it
and they eventually replaced it with a brand-new regulator and hose to my satisfaction. Their customer service was extremely proactive
trying to get this problem solved but getting the part from their factory took a while.

I had read a lot of reviews on their products, but I am satisfied with the product that they sent me and their customer service and will buy here
again.

I bought a 201cc Bilt Hard self propelled lawn mower on June `6th 2025. It wont start. I have called them 6 times and emailed them several times as well. I got 1 call back but was unable to answer. since then, I have tried 3 more times. It seemed like a good mower but now wont start and can not get anybody at the company. Why buy a lawn mower with a 12 month warranty but the company wont respond....I should have gone with Toro.

I would NEVER buy another BILT HARD product. Just before Winter my 9 year old Honda push mower engine finally dies and rather than spending $100 more on a mower with either a HONDA or a Briggs & Stratton Engine my wife convinced me to save a little money and buy an engine from BILT HARD. I used this mower ONE time before Winter got here and ran it out of fuel so it would not have stale gasoline sitting in the carb for months. Filled it up with new Zero Ethanol Fuel and NOTHING. The thing didn't even TRY to start.

There is no gas shutoff valve on these things, so when you disconnect the gas line from the carb fuel just pours out and you cannot stop it without a clamp. Anyway, after taking the air filter off, disconnecting the carb, draining it and manually moving the fuel control, then removing the park plug (dry as can be) checking the gap, replacing it, replacing the carb, checking the bubble pump, replacing all of the fuel and air tubes.... the piece of trash started.

So far, having mowed my yard two times, I have spent more time working on this engine than mowing my yard.

Crank recoil broke within 2 weeks of install. Customer service will give you the run around and after weeks of back and forth emails, the parts were shipped from China, but somehow were haulted in the process because of improper postage. Needless to say, it's been nearly 2 months and I have still not received my replacement parts. The power unit is used as part of my business, therfore; I'm out of several hundred dollars, thanks BiltHard.

I purchased a snow thrower, first time I used it the cable snapped mind you this cable was already installed not one I installed. I have tried getting in contact to find out how to get a replacement cable as I can not find one anywhere, as of right now I have not gotten any kind of a response or acknowledgement as to where I can get this cable so now I am sitting with a snow thrower that I spent over 800 on and can not use!!! Very disappointed to say the least!

I bought this due to our hurricane crisis here in SC to help others, with sooo many still in need with all the fallen trees. It took 2 weeks to get which I understand due to high demand. The first time I used it had issues with chain lock catching. There are plenty of chain saw professionals here is the south that confirmed this is a tool error. I reached out to Amazon, and they said for this service, I would have to work directly with the company. I called, they took all the information and told me I would get a call back from product specialists that day. Nothing. Called the next day they said the same thing. Nothing. Then the following day they emailed me, I replied and then in the middle of the night the next day get a reply of them telling me their support is based in China and it takes time for them to get back, of course asking if I installed my chain incorrectly... Stay away from this company, they do not care about the hurricane that hit us here and that is clear on how they are dealing with my case and time they are giving it. I mentioned multiple times I need quick support to get things going again on clean up here. They ignored all of those requests and done the opposite. Now I am either forced to go to my bank or have Amazon take actions on them. BUYER AWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I had a problem with a brand new pressure washer that kept on stalling out and this company did everything they could to make me happy including giving me a full refund even though Amazon wouldn't because it was past the 30-day. This is an excellent company to work with.

Pulled motor assembly out of the box to find a nut and screw floating around inside. 1 of 4 motor assembly screws.
Pulled it apart and made the repair.
Also, no way to fasten the pole/base shroud??
My order did ship quickly, but ended up being 1 day late.

Fast shipping and pretty easy to assemble. I loved the fact the nuts and bolts were all packaged separately and marked on the back...made it very easy to use the correct parts during the assembly process. I haven't used the cart yet since I just assembled it but it rolls easily and is large enough for me and my yard projects. The price is what caught my eye also.. the price was actually lower than the normal "go to" online stores!
