Amazing customer service!
I bought a bin and it arrived damaged (it cant always be helped). In this situation you need amazing customer service to help you get it sorted. Jane was AMAZING! She was so helpful in getting it resolved for me as quick as she could. I couldn't have asked for more. The bin is amazing quality and I would highly recommend them.

Personalised service & excellent product range
I have a tricky space that I wanted to use for my in-cupboard bins. I contacted Binopolis with diagrams and measurements, asking for advice. Jane from Binopolis then contacted me with suggested products, as well as telling me which ones probably wouldn't work even though the dimensions seemed OK. After several clarification emails, she recommended a product that is PERFECT and excellent quality, and kept me informed of stock levels and the status of the delivery every step of the way. It's rare to get such care and attention from a company. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to come back in future.
