I stuck it out through the unnecessarily long commercial and decided to try it. The pills are huge and almost impossible to swallow. I don’t take a lot of medication but I am a senior, so my reflexes are not what they used to be. Each time I try to take one it leaves a scratch on my throat. I battled through a few and gave up. If there are benefits to had, I can’t say.

I have used biocomplete 3 for over 2 years now on and off.
I have tried other products,mainly due to cost.
Non have done the same job as biocomplete 3.
The main thing it does is stop the food noise in my head and helps control my sugar cravings.I have also lost weight while taking them.When I run out my cravings start all over again.

I was skeptical of the BioComplete3 claims but my gut issues were so bad (and my G.P. was no help) that I bought 3 bottles. Took a bit of time but I found that my bloating, "sour stomach", and vomiting stopped. Then I got lazy and just took it sometimes. And forgot any on a week-long vacation. All those problems came back. I'm a 3 year believer now and take 1 or 2 capsules a day to ensure my happy gut.

I wanted to purchase this, but the video was so long-winded and the up-selling made me nauseous - I’ll just revisit their ad if I want to lose weight - it’s an appetite suppressant in itself.

I took the full recommended dose for a week and had severe heartburn every day almost all day. I don’t normally suffer from heartburn. I also experienced upset stomach and nausea but thought that may be related to the heartburn. I reached out through email and they said to cut the dosage in half, which I did for another week. I still had bad heartburn although not as severe. I continued to feel nauseous and had an upset stomach all the time. Then I started feeling bloating and like I was retaining water. Then came the aches and pains in every joint in my body (from inflammation). I felt like a puff ball I was so inflamed. I decided to stop taking it and it’s now been just over 48hrs and I’m feeling a lot better! I only took this for two weeks and I felt so horrible and sickly and could barely walk from the pain from inflammation. Thankfully I only bought one bottle! I know they won’t give me a refund (they say the guarantee is 90 days, so you need to buy 90 days worth). I cancelled my subscription so I don’t get charged anymore and removed my card from the system.

The checkout process is as slimy as it gets. Many levels of trying to upsell you even after you've said "No". The video that brough me here sounded very well grounded until it got to the sales/decision portion and then started to feel shadier and shadier. Am risking 1 bottle to see if there is any value to our relevant health issues.
