I recently tried the Bio-Sensitive Intolerance Test, and honestly, I was really impressed. The process was super simple.
I just sent off my sample and got my results back quickly. The report was really detailed and easy to understand, showing which foods and ingredients my body might be reacting to.

It actually helped me figure out a few things that were triggering bloating and fatigue, and after adjusting my diet, I’ve noticed a real difference. I love that it’s all done from home and gives such clear insight into what might be affecting your body.

Bought 2 tests, one for myself and one for my husband. My husband suffers from bloating and eczema and while I have no symptoms, I decided to take a test as well to see what the results would be. My husband had a relatively positive experience with his test results coming back quickly and showing a few foods as elevated that he's now cut out and has noticed a difference. My results took longer I was told they had been tested twice to make sure everything was okay. When I finally got the results, I had 60 foods showing up as elevated which was really surprising as I have no digestive issues, skin problems, bloating etc. I was offered a free consultation with a dietitian who also agreed that my results seemed abnormal, especially given I have no symptoms. I've since been fully refunded by Biosensitive as I wasn't satisfied with my results. Rating 3 out of 5 stars as it was a relatively positive experience for my husband.

Purchased this on behalf of my child. He's had some serious flare-ups with his skin and so this kit was a great way to find out what food intolerances he had to give us the opportunity of taking a more targeted approach with changes in his diet. The report was comprehensive but broke it down really easily in to food groups so was easy to read. The kit was simple with easy to follow instructions and even though my son is just a child, we had no problems doing the test. Would highly recommend to anyone, well worth it.
