It took a while given the difficulties with shipping to Europe (was sent, attempted delivery, failed, returned to the UK...repeat!) but the communication with the team was brilliant - lots of updates when they could check the delivery code and, when it became clear that trying to track the item was getting difficult, they went out of their way to find the items paid for in the warehouse to send out ASAP. The second attempt arrived in great condition with a £5 voucher to apologise for the difficulties, even though the difficultly was with international mail. Fabulous service, couldn't have been more helpful.

Was looking for more ethical and sustainable clothing, especially with bamboo derived fabric and Birdsong was perfect. Bought their bamboo underwear and it's a perfect fit and super soft. Would buy from Birdsong again in the future!

I have ordered a range of products from Birdsong and I am so happy with the service. The workers are absolutely amazing and always willing to help. For example, last Christmas I bought a present for a dear friend, and Sophie from Birdsong was super kind to me, and I will definitely keep buying in the future for this amazing company. Which truth must be said, it is a fair and sustainable business, which in this capitalist world in which many people are living in horrid conditions, it is companies like Birdsong that make you believe in hope. In other words, I prefer to spend the same quantity of money for a T-Shirt at Birdsong than buy 5 pairs of trousers at Zara, knowing that Birdsong do not exploit the producers.

I bought the ‘Gold Birdsong Signature ‘Wing’ Open Charm Bracelet’ as a gift and it’s stunning! So delicate and pretty, really good quality. She’s over the moon with it too and it suits her perfectly. Speedy service, highly recommend, and will visit again for more shopping!
