I ordered a ninja air fryer on the 27th of October and to date after the odd email from them it’s a no show for the product. I actually received another email today saying it was still delayed and they asked if I still wanted to go ahead or take a full refund, I opted for the refund, I’m not holding my breath.

Ordered a tumble dryer. Advised delivery would be much longer than the 4 or 5 days mentioned on web site.
Still waiting for delivery almost a month after ordering.
No response to email or phone.
Looking like I've lost my money.

I ordered a washing machine on the 27/10 expecting a delivery within five days according to website. Instead they said it will be delivered on 20/11, I have contacted them by email and phone with no reply. I am worried I have been ripped off. Since writing my review I have received an email on the 22/11 saying delivery will be 29/11 or I can have my Money back which I have taken, I can’t wait for another delay waiting for my Washing Machine.

Completely satisfied with the purchase. The website is easy to use and the shipping was faster than most other retailers.

Phone number not a uk number.... postcode is a residential area. They dont answer the phone. be aware.

The products arrived well packed, look high-quality and work perfectly.
