DO NOT BUY OFF OF BIRKENBESTBUY. They are using different urls to try to get off the radar. You can see this by occasionally going to their website. This is a rip off. The items that they are selling are fake! They are posing as a store in the US, but it’s from China. The prices are too good to be true, and they send a mail telling you that you can use a code to get 10% off of what’s in your cart, if you made an account. I could easily get it for cheap by altering with the discount code, which was given to you as: 10buy or something like that and I put in 30BUY and it worked. On the site, it tells us that the item will arrive within 1-7 days. That didn’t occur for me. It took 2 and a half weeks for it to get to me. Once I got the item, It smells like a chemical smell. DO NOT BUY OFF OF THIS SITE.

If you go to birkenbestbuy.com, you will find that everything is on sale at authentic looking price points. However, if you read the fine print of their return policy, sale items cannot be returned.

Tracking numbers lead nowhere. Seller is communicative and told me my item was being shipped from China because U.S. warehouse out of stock. Package did arrive within 8-12 business days. It was covered in black plastic and clear plastic packing tape.

The box was an authentic older version, but the label was a fake. The sandals were not as pictured. I ordered a pair of Gizeh EVA sandals in Anthracite. Box stated color as 'Softy Red'. I received a pair of thong-style, heavy, black, chemical smelling sandals with many authenticating marks.

However, staples at buckle were double double instead of double single staples. Embossed brand name where upper meets foot bed seemed small. Curvature of sandal downward instead of upward (authentic) or flat (inauthentic). Not comfortable to try on.

I have filed a claim with PayPal. This seller uses advanced English on website and is tech savvy. I had started a cart and then decided against it. In a few minutes I received a discount offer if I finished the transaction. Sucker.

Completely fake. They are based in China and sell only fruadulent goods. I have PayPal investing them at the moment. Buyer beware

So utterly disappointed. I figured they were some outlet store located in Ohio (as indicated by their website). When I got the tracking number, I realized they were coming from a China. They said 7-12 days and it’s been 14 and I still haven’t received them.

This site is a scam. It is using my personal phone number and home address as its contact info. I am trying to contact Shopify (who hosts the website) to try to get it shut down.

Horrible!! Do not order from here. They state that they are in Ohio. They are NOT! My fake Birkenstocks came today. They came from China. I ordered white Birkenstocks and when they came they came in a Birkenstock box but it states that the shoes inside were red. They also smell so bad of spray paint. I filed a dispute with PayPal. Hopefully we can get this resolved.

Appears to be a scam

I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock sandals from the site as it indicated is was based in Ohio. The Website indicated two day free shipping as well. I ordered my sandals on 08/19 and received 1 pair today that look nothing like the pair of sandals i ordered. The only resemblance was that they were black and that was a color I ordered. They were not oiled leather as I ordered. They had gold small buckles wheras the ones I ordered were larger and silver. I am almost certain the sandals they sent are not birkenstocks. I am pretty dissapointed as I have spend $230 bucks and have noything to show for it. When I questioned the bait and switch on shipping I received no response. The shipping indicates both were delivered, but I only received one. Big disappointment. Update. After filing grievance they don’t actually have the sandals I ordered and told me to send the wrong pair pack to China and then they will refund. Hope PayPal protects me from this utter BS. As of 09/14 PayPal still has taken no action to protect me and told me I must file a complaint with police or IC3. I did as requested but PayPal has not been helpful- automated responses only so far.
