There hadn't been a claim before hand as with in your reply. I am unsure where you think it has been claimed. Remember you contacted me, not the other way around. I still stand by my review. I recommend you dont use this company.

Absolutely dreadful company only interested in winning. When the claim doesn't go through you end up with a bill you didn't expect! Where is the 'no win no fee' element?

Sami made the experience positive by demonstrating empathy and understanding while managing my claim. I had amalgamated my pensions from companies I had worked for and invested it in a company who sat on the funds for approximately 15/16 months. It didn’t gain a penny but didn’t loose any money either.
