We ordered a lovely gecko of our choice, with a full set up and to London. Lovely pet to have as my daughter’s first reptile experience (lovely care guide given if needed) and I’d highly recommend them any time or day.

The locust arrive the next day they were well packaged so the locust would not spill and all for was alive

The phone call to say it was out of stock even when it said it was in stock on the website offered to put the money back in the bank ore send it out first thing when it comes in in a couple of days.

We had a great experience at Birmingham reptiles. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were very patient, they showed us lots of options and gave us time to make our decision. We brought two lizards and the tanks and evening they need.
